I had a wonderful experience at the Cherry Hill Furniture Gallery. Was so happy I went. Called in my order after knowing what I wanted — and found immediately. And the assistant manager Freida could not have been more helpful. She called back a few times to make sure I had all the information I needed and for certain clarifications. Her investment in my order was outstanding. I am getting my furniture delivered within a week and at an outstanding price. Cannot wait!

Furniture is mostly contemporary. Showroom is nice(don’t let the empty parking lot scare you away). Salesperson was OK. Large selection of outdoor furniture too. Did not buy anything.

We’ve bought nearly all of the furniture for our new home at Macy’s. A three-piece bedroom set, mattress and box spring, sectional sofa and, most recently, all of our patio furniture. When you walk through the doors, you will be pounced on immediately by a salesperson. That said, everyone we worked with was pleasant and helpful. Pro tip: have an idea of what you are looking for from the start by browsing online first — it really does make things easier once you have to start making decisions. The most frustrating part of the experience is placing the order only to find out that your furniture is on back-order and won’t be delivered for a month or longer. I’m STILL waiting on my couch and bedroom furniture that I ordered a month ago. Fortunately, the patio furniture I ordered this week is in stock and being delivered next week. And we received our mattress/box spring just days after the order and we have been very happy with that. Always look for deals like free delivery with a minimum purchase, sale periods and also rebates in the form of Macy’s gift cards, which we received from our mattress and applied towards another order.

My wife and I ordered a new headboard to go with our kingsize mattress purchase about six weeks ago. The saleswoman was and has been great in her attempt to help us. The problem for us is that no one knows where the headboard is. Supposedly it is on a truck at their furniture warehouse, but nobody can find it. For a retailer like Macy’s to keep a customer waiting this long is outrageous. Talked to customer service a few times but they are useless. With service like this, I would suggest not shopping at this Macy’s.

What a great place to buy furniture. I had an issue with a sofa for a customer and they took care of it no questions no hassles. Randy helped me cart cushions in and out of my car. A great store as you would expect from macys
