Autocraft

I think when you have such a wonderful experience, especially when it comes to car repair, a review is definitely warranted as way to say thank you.
Within a week of moving to Naples for my new job, someone at work ran into the back of my Murano. What a welcome! Of course, since I am new here, I had no idea where to go for body work but Progressive said this place was closest to my house. In the mean time, I checked in with some friends in Marco that are «in the know» and they assured me that Autocraft would take good care of me. Well, that was an understatement. I haven’t made a habit of needing body work, but over the years, I have had people run into my cars… it happens. (I once even had the ice cream man hit my car but that’s a whole other funny story). This, by far, was the smoothest, easiest experience.
When I dropped my car off, I went into their office and was greeted by a friendly lady that quickly took my info and offered to arrange a ride to Enterprise. I declined, but she called to let them know I would be over in 5 minutes to pick up a rental. I showed a nice gentleman the damage and, within a few minutes of my arrival, I was already out of there. While the work was being done, they called to update me on the projected completion time and the work was ready when expected. My car looked perfect! Nobody could ever tell there was ever an issue. When I arrived for pickup, everything was just as simple as my dropoff and again, they were very pleasant. An accident is stressful enough as it is. The last thing you want to be worried about is the repair.
Thank you to the whole team at Autocraft! I hope I won’t need you again, but much more reassured knowing you are close by if I need you.
