Quite sleepy little resort with mostly older residents. The condo’s here are laid out perfectly to allow the best view of the ocean if you are on the ocean side. It’s always clean, quiet and friendly. It’s nice to see the same folks down here every year. It seems to be the last resort that hasn’t sold out to the larger 20+ floor resorts.
