The baristas were very friendly and they made our drinks quickly. However, the atmosphere was a bit crowded and the tables were too close together. Overall, a very decent place.

My husband and I, went here on Easter Sunday the place was packed, there was a line to the door, but they had more than enough people behind the counter. At first we thought it would take forever to get our order, but to our surprise they we super fast and accurate. We shared a high-top seat with other people. The staff was so friendly and handle the high volume like pros. Really a great Starbucks! Congrats to the management and their awesome team!

I have been coming to Marco Island as a snow birder for 10 yrs. I am a once or twice a day Starbucks customer on Marco and back home. I was looking forward to the new location for better parking and more room. It has been a huge disappointment. The staff is wonderful, but the design of the building is terrible. There is minimal inside seating, the seats are all crammed together with no personal privacy. The acoustic design is also terrible, the noise level is so high you can hardly talk. The outside seating could have been made much better with proper landscaping to buffer it from the busy road. It appears that someone took a standard strip mall store design and put it down on beautiful, unique Marco Island. All the long time regulars I have talked to as well as some of the staff agrees that this store design is very, very poor. Your local DM and Regional Director should be embarrassed. The tourists will still come and the money will still flow, but it could have been made a much better experience.

I’ve been coming to Marco Island for 15 years and always love treating myself pretty much daily to a Starbucks. I was disappointed when the location changed because I loved sitting out by the water. The new location is still walking distance from our place so we went this afternoon. I have never been so turned off by an employee at any Starbucks location, and like many Americans, I’ve been to several. The woman who I believe to have been the manager, Tamara, was so incredibly rude. She yelled at a customer for taking a picture as soon as the customer entered the door. She then went on to speak in a poor manner and tone to her own employees in front of the customers in the store. I’ve never encountered such a rude and arrogant employee at any Starbucks location throughout the country. I will be going to the new coffee shop, 5th avenue, in the old Starbucks location from now on. Completely turned off by this place and that awful woman!

As soon as I walked in the door I noticed the«Starbucks evening» menu which included wine, something I had never seen, so I wanted to take a picture to show my mother. I snapped one and then went to take another when I was YELLED at like a child by the manager. «Did you just take a picture of my board? You need to delete that right now. You can’t take pictures of my board.» 1) A simple«could you please delete that picture» would have been just fine. 2) why have it up if you don’t want people to see it? No explanation or anything, just stormed to the other end of the counter and started yelling at a friendly employee. Definitely needs new management. I will not be returning to a place that treats customers as such.

Love the new location! So much more spacious than the previously crammed location complete with a drive thru and ample parking. Tons of room inside to relax and a nice patio out front. You can find Reserve coffee here brewed per cup with a clover machine, and coming soon, September 22nd, the Evenings menu which will feature small plates and appetizers currently not offered, along with beer and wine after 4pm. All of the baristas are so friendly and they nicely recognize the locals which in a sea of tourists can add a special touch to the customer service experience :)

Since 5-star reviews seem to be suspect I’ll give the new Starbucks on Marco a well deserved 4. The location is great no matter whether you are coming on the island or going off. And the drive thru has no equal on Marco, it is really spacious and easy and just plain nice. Even entering and exiting to the street Collier Blvd is easy — no matter which direction you are going. And the staff fell all over themselves with being helpful and nice. A grant addition to a beautiful island.

Pretty mediocre Starbucks. Sometimes a cup of commercial, premium coffee hits the spot. This particular Starbucks is nothing special. They do have a drive-thru, but I prefer walking inside. When I did go inside, there were only a few people in front of me; however, it took way too long. Some of the staff knew the customers, and they were just chatting. When I did get served, the coffee was hot and fresh enough. Bottom line, there are better coffee shops on Marco Island like Wake Up Marco, which is just around the corner.

Nice new building. Wish they kept the other one open too, but oh well still good coffee! Cool inside with indoor and outdoor seating.
