Great place, sort of hidden away but worth the search. Food was delicious and the waitress was funny, accommodating and helpful.
I had a burger with onion rings and my wife had flat bread pizza. Everything came out perfect. Definitely going there again.

Fantastic setting on the water. Two bars, one outside and table seating. Great service, atmosphere and food and drink prices. We both had a house salad and shared a fish entrée. Everything fresh and we’ll prepared.

Best burger on Marco. A lot of great sandwich choice, burger is my go to but the roast beef, turkey club and salads are worth the price. Good service and nice outdoor patio. Reasonable prices for Marco.

I don’t know why there are any bad reviews for this place. Easy parking and nice a walk to the Resturant. Great location on the island with water views and four different dinning areas-​bar, around bar, hallway and on the deck. Chicken tenders, crab cakes, chicken piccata and the French onion soup were outstanding. It was very busy and there was a little wait while hanging by the outside deck bar. Good prices and good pours at happy hour. We will bring our guests here anytime.

This is a great place to eat, drink, dance and feel like family. Everyone is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. We had the Wednesday lobster special — excellent, as well as the mussels, pizza and a bacon and cheese omelet at brunch. The owners are constantly improving and thinking of creative ideas for drink and food specials. The new deck off the back is the best place to dance! Live music on Saturday night plus an outdoor martini bar make it a big hit with locals and visitors alike. I will definitely be back!

This is a bar. This is not a place to go and think you can have a conversation with the people you are out with. Having said that, the chicken piccata and the antipasto salad were excellent. The server we had was good but did not check in enough.

Great Wednesday night special — 2 lobster tails, salad, veggies and mashed potatoes for 24.95. They don’t take reservations but the estimated 20 minute wait was accurate and worth it. Hostess and wait staff all friendly. Menu includes many sandwiches, a dozen dinner entrées and many sandwichs. All prices reasonable.

Had a great time at the Speakeasy today. Very attentive staff, wonderful food and Ohio State verses Michigan on TV. Will definitely be back for more Drunken Clams and Wedge salad! Don’t forget the pretzels and calamar! A must!

Almost afraid to write this review. Only because we want to keep this place to ourselves. My wife and I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere is great and the owners Jimmy and Dan welcome everyone. Our attendant was wonderful, and the food was just great especially if you’re a Chicagoan. These guys are real Chicagoans and it’s easy to tell. The prohibition burger and the pork tenderloin are outstanding, and the locals love this place too. Been coming to Marco for years and this is our new favorite. Well done guys

This establishment had been open exactly 1 year on the day we went. It was Sunday football and they have the NFL package so we could watch any game we wanted. We arrived to find two large tvs right across from our table while sitting undercover outside. There were several more smaller tvs outside on the water as well. There were plenty more inside. what a great atmosphere. The fact that one of the owners is from Chicago was a plus. We enjoyed the sausage deep dish pizza. The crust was very tasty and actually better than some of the deep dish we have had in Chicago. Definitely better than the stuff they call pizza on the rest of the island. They also had great game day drink specials and happy hour specials. Our waitress was very attentive and funny. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back.

We came here for Easter brunch at 1pm after calling the previous day to see what was available and 1pm was the only time they had available. We knew the buffet ended at 1:00 but we were told that there would be plenty of fresh food available. At 1:34 they were tearing the brunch down and there was only some cookies and a few pieces of cake left when we went back. I will say the food was good but very bad business practice. If you’re going to take 1pm reservations at least keep the buffet open til 2. I don’t think we will be back.

First time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a Unilocal review. My pizza was that bad. I ordered a deep dish and what I got was a travesty. No Chicagoan would try to pass that off as deep dish. That was just a thick pizza. I feel deceived. Based on that sample size, I have to agree with the other reviews: the food is definitely not authentic Chicago.
Even moving past the false promise of Chicago deep dish, the pizza underwhelmed. Totally under-​sauced and under-​cheesed. Just a bitter disappointment all around.

Good option on Marco Island for pizza. Small place in a multi-​use business complex. This little gem is tucked away in the downstairs corner with a tidy seating area overlooking the canal. Ample parking is a definite plus especially during the season.
We each had a cocktail and shared a 12″ thin crust pizza. Although the crust was a bit overdone, the pizza was actually very good.
The service was the standout for this dining experience. Our waiter tonight was «Chandler». Very prompt and sincere. Pleasant.
Feels like a «neighborhood» bar in a town full of restaurants vying for tourist dollars.

Went to the restaurant for the first time — i was sitting at the bar and got good service — it was packed — ordered a pizza — it was very good — although
Was sitting next to a couple they had 2 appetizers and ordered dinner — they waited over 1 ½ hrs — the waitress admitted she forgot — but actually if it was me i would have asked — she asked them to give her another chance — then they waited more still didnt come they gave up– paid for appetizers — the waitress should have called manager over and given them appetizers for free

Service is slowwwwwww. The name is deceiving… meaning in no way a «speak easy» type of place. There is no craft cocktail making at this establishment. Food is very average. However, when the service is so slow it’s hard to enjoy the food. Ordered pizza and cocktails and pizza took almost 90 minutes… snooze. Hard to find good, fresh food on this island.
Well finally received our pizza… drumroll…should’ve gone to Little Caesar’s down the road. This place is horrible. Service= awful, food= awful, cocktails= sub par, and the owner needs to tuck in his shirt for the love of God.

A great addition to our somewhat limited flavorful options on Marco Island (I keep threatening to finance a decent gastro pub if my advertising career ever dries up). Tucked away behind the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce and on a canal next to the Walgreens (if you bend your neck from the cozy outdoor patio you can see the prescription pickup window). Have eaten two of the three burgers… both huge and delicious.
The meatball sub was decent but… it’s a meatball sub. not a lot you can do to improve on or screw up that one.
Speaking of screwing up… how did it take me 2 months to discover their Chicago-​style deep dish pizza? Best thing I have eaten there and will definetly be back for more! My buddy ordered the thin crust which was also tasty. Sandy makes a killer dirty martini but her shift ended and clearly her late night replacement needs to study from the master. Enjoy the food, super friendly staff and atmosphere. locals do.

Great atmosphere, indoor outdoor dining, dinner for 4 plus 2 drinks a piece came to $ 68, a record for Marco Island!
Our server, Lisa, was fantastic. My only criticism was that the honey teriyaki chicken wings, which were perfectly crusted and cooked, had way too much soy sauce on
them and not enough garlic and ginger.
The Italian beef sandwich was tender and delicious, and the chef salad was beautiful.
A great place, you will love it, make sure you get there by 5:15 if you want a seat.
