Batteries Plus Bulbs

Awesome awesome job. I had three dead watches at home with three different size batteries. Couldn’t find it at Wal-​Mart, Home Depot, or Staples. I decided to go to this store as the one stop shop. Not only did I find all three batteries, they were offering a lifetime warranty on their parts and services for watch batteries for 15 bucks (I’m sure this is subject to change) — meaning any time your watch runs out of battery, you come in, and they replace it free of charge! So after getting a lifetime warranty on one watch, I replaced the second two batteries myself and saved ten bucks. We’ll see how long the batteries last, I’m sure that warranty watch is the ultimate money saver in the end (assuming I don’t lose my watch).
The customer service was absolutely amazing. I came in, within 2 minutes, they asked if I needed help, it took me a while to find my battery size and they were finding it in 2 seconds flat, (it’s like they memorized the locations of the batteries) then I asked a watch battery to be replaced, it took them 3 minutes to replace it. The service member was back before I could even browse one of the shelves!
A+ service.

Don’t know why this place got a bad rap in one of the reviews, they checked out my charger and battery, all good and even some advice on why charger is operating like it is, all at no charge. These guys are great and I’ll be back, they know their stuff. They also repair iPhone screens.

I would rate this store 0 stars if I could. I have been there twice and both times the people working there have been in unknowledgeable and unwilling to help. Ignorance is one thing but ineptitude is another

Don’t buy a battery booster box here, they don’t last 6 months and have no warranty. They will sell you a new battery for it. Thieves.

As the name says, they stock a tremendous number of oddball bulbs and batteries. If you have an odd size of either you need to replace, probably should just head in straight away and save yourself some travel time.
I’ve found batteries for car ignition keys here, along with small reflector bulbs that I could not find anywhere else. Nice, helpful staff who know you want to get a specific thing and not spend a ton of time hunting it down. If something happens to be out of stock, they’ll give you a call when it comes in.

I came in to Batteries + Bulbs looking for a watch battery for my Michael Kors watch. I had been to several other box stores and got quotes that ranged from $ 25 – 55. For a watch battery? No way!
I walk in and am immediately greeted by a young guy. He was already working with another couple ordering custom bulbs but he smiled at me and assured me he’ll be right over. After the day I had, I was beyond impressed how personable and nice he was to me. I only wish I knew his name!
He began to talk to me about their batteries for life option, which I chose against. He went on about what a great deal it was and although I declined, I appreciated his passion for something as simple as a watch battery. He smiled at the couple looking through a book of light bulbs, told them he’d be right back, with a gentle pat on the shoulder, and he went in to the back room to replace my battery.
Not even 3 minutes later he came back up front with my watch. For $ 15.00 he replaced my watch battery and even polished it up! He handed it back to me and watched me put it on. «What do you think?» he said, looking at me as if I was going to make his day by saying how great it was. I smiled back at him telling him how fast he was and how great it looked.
Sadly, I am always surprised when I experience good customer service. It doesn’t seem to exist anymore. My purchase may have just been a small, simple watch battery but it was refreshing to see someone take so much pride in their job.
