Really one star is too much… This place was recommended and it has been a issue after a issue, they give you a total price for service my chandelier including the part I was need it then when you go and pick it up is another price and on top of that no included the part you ordered 2month ago in the total amount! Very unprofessional and confusing !! I should it take it for the beginning to «The big Chandelier» of 14th street Atlanta who’s people are very responsible and professionals. Would not recommend it.

Terrible!!! I took them an exterior wall mount lamp to be repaired. A simple broken hollow threaded pipe that the cord for the fixture is fished through. They told me 2 weeks!!! Being pressed with not having the time or the parts I left it with them. When I went to picked it up it was improperly assembled and I had to suggest that they look it up on the manufacturer’s website for a picture. When I went back a week later it was still not finished. I was invited into the repair room to see the complex repair and started showing THEM how to fix it. I took my fixture and the $ 5.00 in parts (he gave them to me to get rid of me), went home and repaired the fixture while having a beer. These guys are rude and incompetent and do not return phone calls

This place is really an amazing place with amazing prices. When ever I need anything that has to do with lighting I think of Sandy Springs Lighting Center first. With the class A service and quality there is no other place you need to look, I highly recommend this establishment.
