What is the hype with this café!!! Maybe it’s because it’s in a shopping center next to Kroger? I’m not sure but this café does not have good food. It’s a greasy spoon diner with mediocre food. Their biscuits are frozen from Sisco, I mean really. How can you call yourself«Biscuits and More» and serve crappy store bought biscuits. So very disappointing to say the least. Had a burger and it was okay but really, this place is just average and not a place I would frequently visit. The veggies are from a can and not even fresh… the tomatoes are hard — meaning that they are not grown in a real garden or someone’s back yard but in a greenhouse or on a mass produced farm… I’m so disappointed in my first visit to this location.

Only in East Cobb would a $ 3.30 bacon egg and cheese biscuit be regarded as some sort of wonderous bargain. Fine biscuit, no doubt. Nice that it is independent and not a chain. But just not all that. Then when you consider that the lunch sammiches slide toward the $ 7 price point for very basic fare, don’t see much value. I’d understand if rent were $ 4300 a month, but I very much doubt that.

I understand that they specialize in sandwiches but the menu was very little in regards to everything else besides sandwiches. I ordered a «side» of sausage, bacon and eggs. The bacon was really really salty, the sausage was okay but the eggs really sucked, they didn’t even have an option for like a fried egg or scrambled egg, I paid for a square yellow out of the freezer looking and tasting egg. The coffee was good though!

The biscuits were above average, very light, and not greasy. We tried the sausage, egg and cheese and the chicken biscuit, plus a bowl of cheese grits. The cheese grits were very creamy and cheesy. The coffee is decent and they keep the containers full.

This is one of my favorite places for a quick breakfast or lunch. Staff is friendly and efficient. The cheese grits are my favorite menu item. Not sure what they put in them but they are addictive. Prices are reasonable and they are always busy!

On a lazy Saturday, which is unusual for us, my son wanted a chicken biscuit. It was after breakfast hours but I remembered this place which was less than 10 – 15 minutes away. I ordered a chicken biscuit for my son and 2 country ham biscuits and an order of cheese grits. My son did not care for the biscuit and ate one of the ham biscuits. We were both pleased and the grits were very good as well. I’m glad to know this place is close by, we will be visiting again.

Mom and Pop shop meets big chain fast food and Biscuits and More wins. I ordered the hot link and egg biscuit. It was good. Beware of sodium in the hot link. The service was impeccable. Nice friendly small business. My mother ordered cheese grits and seem to enjoy them. Overall a good breakfast with friendly service. Worth the patronage if you’re in the area.

Listen to the reviews of others. Breakfast: Fake carton eggs, McDonald’s hash browns, microwave biscuits, gristle bacon. One star at best Lunch: double cheeseburger — all beef patties smashed and griddled to perfection with crispy edges and moist beef, crinkle cut fries golden brown. Four stars Pass on breakfast and return for lunch…

I’m going to start this review by saying I can only attest to breakfast. We have recently moved to Roswell from N. Georgia, the unofficial biscuit capital of the state! Always fresh! This place was definitely a huge disappointment. After searching for a casual breakfast spot besides Waffle House, we were excited to see this place. Good crowd on a Sunday, laid back atmosphere, we were expecting greatness! Is it too much to ask to get real eggs on a breakfast sandwich? Is it too much to ask that your biscuit not be microwaved! We got what tasted and looked like pre-formed eggs, oversalted bacon, and a microwaved biscuit. Microwaving a biscuit is a southern sin! We didn’t eat half of it, as it was inedible. Go to McDonald’s, save some money, and get better food.

Was getting gas at Kroger at 6:30 in the morning. I happen to see the flashing Open sign. I was pretty excited to try something new for breakfast that wasn’t a chain. They were very friendly and quick. The sausage and gravy biscuit is AWESOME! DEFINITELY will revisit!

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it to the recent UYE this past weekend but took my boyfriend for his birthday breakfast here since he’s a HUGE fan of biscuits an gravy. I can never relate since I’m from the Midwest but according to Tanya C. and Lindy F., this place does have the BEST sausage and gravy biscuit in town! Well, more emphasis on the gravy. And of course my guy totally agreed! I was craving a burger. Heck, when do I ever not crave red meat. Giving up red meat and pork for the month of August so this was my last chance to have a juicy burger before my personal challenge. The restaurant is tucked away in a shopping center off of Johnson Ferry Rd. but you can’t miss the bright, red lettered sign. They have patio seating that outlooks the parking lot and plenty of dine in seating inside. You place your order at the front and then a server will call out your number when your food is ready and meet you half way. Service was excellent. The staff upfront taking our orders were efficient and super friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. We tried everything from the coleslaw to the cheese grits. The hashbrowns were crispy and tasted just like McDonald’s version but BETTER. The coleslaw was chopped with carrots and satisfied my needs at the time. I’m used to having cheese grits that come with the shredded cheese on top but their version was pretty much the best cheese grits I’ve come to have in the south. The cheese is blended into the grits and comes served(yellow) but is so smooth and tasty. Probably not one of the healthiest menu options but I don’t think much is at this place. The sausage and eggs were tasty as well. They have a fountain machine, self serve coffee and sweet and unsweetened tea. Everything is served in a styrofoam plate or cup. Nothing fancy but you come here for the food not the plateware. Definitely highly recommended and worth the drive if you’re not living or working in the Cobb County/Marietta area. They are closed on Mondays but open the rest of the week from 6−3pm. Be sure to check them out!

Love this local eatery. The hamburgers will remind you of the ones that you used to get at a lunch counter in the good old days. Order a sausage and biscuit and ham and biscuits in the morning with their cheese grits you will think your at grandma ‘s house.

BREAKFASTREVIEWONLY Go here for delicious, southern-style breakfast options like sausage, egg, & cheese biscuits; chicken biscuits; biscuits and gravy; or grits. To provide perspective, I would put this place on par with a Waffle House in the burbs, but that’s not a knock on this place — just to set realistic expectations. I highly recommend this place if you’re in East Cobb and searching for a breakfast option. 1 order of hash browns for around $ 1.50 yields you two ‘McDonald’s style’ hash brown parties fried and salted to your cholesterol’s content! The biscuits are deliciously dense and I’ve had them with country ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese, chicken, and even covered in gravy. All were a hit in my book. Especially the biscuits & gravy. The«Must Try» here is hands down the cheese grits. It’s buttery, creamy, & rich in both texture and flavor. At about the same price as a drive-thru breakfast option, this place will provide you with a better product and a nice place to sit and have your breakfast.(As «nice» as you can get in a Kroger-anchored shopping center that is… but, still, it’s a nice spot.) You can tell this is a neighborhood spot frequented by locals. That means its busy in the mornings, but it has a ton of indoor seating and a couple of tables in the sidewalk outside. They also have TVs across the walls inside if you don’t want to talk to whoever you’re with. Lastly, they have a big staff of really friendly an courteous employees that will provide you with the type of a neighborhood diner you’d expect from the burbs… but rarely get.

We happened to be in this area due to an event and had never really ventured this way before. We used Unilocal as we were starving for a delicious breakfast. I guess we didn’t read the reviews too carefully as it wasn’t what we expected when we arrived. Essentially, you wait in line, order, and they call your number to deliver the meal. It reminded me of a cafeteria and there were a lot of people there so I was hoping for a delicious meal. I was definitely disappointed when everything we go was«pre-formed» — square shaped eggs and sausage patties — ew. I think I would have a better meal at Mcdonalds. My friends did like the biscuit which may have been the only thing that was really«made» and the grits were ok, but had a strange color(orange ish) — not sure if this was real cheese or what. Thus I’m giving it 2 stars or else I would say — this is not a place you want to eat if you want a «healthy/all natural» meal. Anyway, we don’t come to this area and glad we don’t in general. Ick!

I came with a skeptical attitude but they won me over. The biscuits melt in your mouth, literally. I got a buttered biscuit(about $ 3) and it was perfect. I also took one home for later and I was happy to see that microwaved perfectly, came out warm and soft like it was just made. The cheese grits are light, fluffy and buttery. Couldn’t have asked for anything else except for the slice of chocolate cake($ 1.50) they had at the front. Everything was delicious.
