Nice & clean with friendly faces. Have a nice play area for kids. The bathroom even has a steps tool so my littles can wash their hands easily.

We need you in New York I have never seen a line so big during lunch in my life. I know understand why mc Donald is losing the fast-food battle. The sandwiches have great taste.

I am not a chick-fil-a regular, but I recently ate here with my 13 month old daughter. I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service. Jim helped me with my order and carried out all my food and got a high chair for the baby. Linda was very friendly with refills, taking the trash, watching my drink while I took the baby to change her diaper, and returning the high chair for me. If you’ve had kids and had to juggle carrying them, a diaper bag, food, etc, you really appreciate when others are willing to help! Thankful for their willingness to do well for their customers. Dining area was clean and so was the bathroom.

Love this Chick-fil-A location! I’ve come here several times and always have a great experience. Nancy is great with helping people out and checking on everyone to make sure they’re doing well. I have two kids, and when I bring them alone, she(or someone behind the counter) always offers to help bring my food to my seat. They also offer to bring your utensils, straws, and sauce if you need them. In my case, it’s difficult to move around because I have two small children with me. So any help is always appreciated. Occasionally someone will also ask if you need a refill of your drink, which is also a step above typical fast food service. Everyone is very friendly. They keep the restaurant clean. And at busy times of the day, they’ll have someone outside to take orders in order to expedite the drive through. Also, on Tuesday they have family nights where they will have some entertainers such as balloon makers and caricature artists. It’s always a fun time.

No complaints here. Convenient location, always friendly, perky staff. Never any issues with my order. What can I say–«Kudus guys for a great job! Keep it up!»

This outpost does bananas biz, but thankfully seems to have some attentive managers who really try to keep things moving. In fact, one was swapping out garbage bags in the parking lot as we left, pausing to thank us for coming. Folks wonder why other fast-food joints sputter — that’s why. Do have to knock a really tight entry and egress deal, but it clearly does not deter much of anyone.

Take it from me this place is gross and infested with roaches. Owner does not care just offers anyone that complains free food. The health score should be enough to make you stay away.

Very attentive service even during busy lunch and dinner rushes. Involved in community to help schools and booster clubs.

For a busy Friday lunch, this Chick-Fil-A catered to our every need. First of all, my husband had just gotten off a plane(that he had gotten on at 5:30 that morning). Of course, at 11:20, breakfast is over, but this Chick-Fil-A blessed us with the most delicious oatmeal on the face of the earth for a mere 10 minute wait. Don’t forget the wonderful nuts, fruit, honey, brown sugar combination they give you in little packets… perfect!!! Now on to the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Oh. My. Goodness. This is the best soup I have eaten in a long time. The soup was spicy, but not too spicy, and the tortilla strips added the perfect touch. My kids had their regular(sandwiches and nuggets with waffle fries dipped in Polynesian sauce), and those were perfect as well. They took my coupon for another Chick-Fil-A without blinking an eye, and they allowed me to substitute fruit cup and orange juice for the mandatory fries and drink purchase. This is a challenging Chick-Fil-A to enter now that they have changed the roads a bit on Sandy Plains, but well worth the extra ½ mile drive to turn around to get there. :)

Location is always packed. Which to me is a good sign. Last couple of visits though have disappointed me. Cold sandwich served so late manger gave a free coupon, and a ‘stale’ chix buritto. Also new construction in the area has made it a pain to access.

Holy cow this location is busy! Although they could probably take steps to boost their efficiency and line throughput, the walk-in business wouldn’t benefit as during lunch the tables are regularly full. The folks are nice, and there’s customer service out on the floor. Like most CFA’s, the bathrooms stay clean. I’ll continue to return.

I LOVE Chick Fil A. Seriously … I’m an addict! I hate to say it but this particular location has consistently disappointed me. From incorrect drive-thru orders, overcooked Chick Fil A sandwiches(yuck) and food that has clearly sat out for WAY too long. Such a disappointment. I’ve given this location a lot of chances but won’t be going back again. I’ll drive a little farther for better food(and a better Restaurant Report Card) over on J. Ferry.
