Interstate All Battery Center

Don’t trust them for iPhone repair. Had a battery that needed replacing and watched as he wrestled with the iPhone. Clearly not trained in proper phone work. Once done, my iPhone kept rebooting. I told them and he said it was just needing a charge. Took it to CPR (who will get an outstanding review) and they said it was the wrong battery. Once CPR replaced the battery I was good to go!
Fortunately they did give me a refund on the battery without issue… or it would have been 1 star! But refunds don’t make up for time wasted

After 4+ years, my car battery began to heavily corrode around the terminals. With the consultation of the family mechanic (thanks, Grandpa!) we determined that the battery probably had a bad cell or two and would eventually leave me stranded if nothing was done.
After careful consideration of my options, including Walmart, Batteries Plus, O’Reilly, and Advanced Auto /​Autozone, I decided to give Interstate Batteries a try. And I have to say, I was very impressed!
First off, the store itself. This location is tucked into the shopping center on the corner of Roswell and Johnson Ferry. More specifically, in-​between Trader Joe’s and California Pizza Kitchen. The interior was clean and organized, no complaints here. Interstate is probably known more for their vehicle batteries, but there were batteries for all kinds of devices.
Customer service was also top-​notch. The gentleman who initially greeted me helped me through the entire process, from the battery testing to the final installation. It didn’t hurt that he was able to answer my questions thoroughly too! He walked me through my purchasing options and never once tried to upsell me. You do have to drive around back for the battery testing and installation, but both of these services are complementary!
Seriously consider this store if you live and/​or work in Cobb County and need a battery. From my research their prices are very comparable to all of the big box stores and you will get service from people who know way more that your typical Autozone employee.

*IPHONE REPAIR* HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I went to get my iPhone 5 lcd/​glass fixed. Looked like a good job at first, but there was a little green dot constantly on the screen, the front camera was smudged underneath the glass, and the screen popped out from the aluminum on the side. In less than a month the lcd stopped working (half the screen was black and the other half had lines of color all through it). I called to make sure I could come get it done for free, since it was under warranty, and they said yes. When I got all the way there, they wouldn’t do it. Instead, they gave me half price for a already broken screen they had on hand. Horrible. Now, less than a month from that repair, the lcd underneath is already not working, lines running all through it, and the screen keeps popping out from the aluminum. SAVE MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE. I am astonished.

I have a German car… so I need a very specific battery. And I don’t want to pay dealer prices. Hmmm where to go. Luckily this place opened just a few weeks before I needed my battery.
Very clean, professional, friendly and helpful.
They sell all batteries (like iphones and computers). I was in and out in about 20 minutes on a Saturday.
In the same strip mall as Trader Joe’s, Willies and California Pizza Kitchen so if you do have time to kill lots of things to do nearby.
