Excellent! Every time I come here I am never let down. The service is excellent, all the food is great, and the atmosphere is just right. You can really tell once you walk in all the staff really does care about your experience here! Highly recommended!

Went there with friends 1^st time have to say was excellent (4 of us) best prime rib ever, drinks excellent everything great, 2^nd time, two people, service good, drinks not so good, food not so good, ordered same exact dinner as first time this time prime rib not so good but waiter told us it was their last piece of the nite so ok was still really good, not excellent like first time but ok at least told and still pretty good, 3^rd and Last Time, prime rib totally over cooked completely brown all the way thru husband ordered rare, not med rare or med but rare (know not that always possible for prime rib but.) he was served Super well done super, Manager came out apologized offered something else husband said no, nothing, upset, he had some of my shrimp (another story) so after a few min I decided to order a bacon cheese burger rare for my honey, rare, came out med well, not rare or med, but almost well done, don’t know if just a bad day for chef or place has gone down But for sure Not Consistent, was very surprised first time for a chain was so good, but quickly over 3 times in 3mos, will Never go back. PS: Manager offered what we thought was a complimentary meal after their (largest) prime rib fiasco, and were charged full price said nothing paid and left Never to return. I was very surprised to see 4stars on first visit but then thought we found a gem esp for a chain, but was totally reminded tonight that any of the local restaurants here in West Cobb are far more than better as far as food service and drinks, (have to say even our fast food places are better than what we had tonight) we will at least never go back there.
Favorite places Vincent’s (anything on the menu have had it all), Theo’s on Dallas, La Parrilla, Capers on Barrett, and Sweet Cakes on the square are all really consistently excellent, Have been here less than a year and eat out 3 – 4 times a month, of course love to drive into Atlanta for lunch, brunch or dinner and have had all excellent experiences there. Will keep, keeping chains on the off list for ever.

I really like Longhorns consistently good service and food. They check in on you just enough, and the bread and salmon are always good.

Our waitress, Kristen, was wonderful! So glad to find a place with a Gluten free menu. The salmon was delicious and my drink was great! Would absolutely go back !

Great Food, Great Service, and a Great Atmosphere. Really enjoyed the meal and the service was fantastic. Server kept my drinks full and got my food out quickly.

This is a great restaurant with amazing steak. The only steak better in town is my own, so when I’m not feeling up to 100 hours marinating, preparing all the necessary wood and supplies for my grill, we go here. I’ve only had one issue with quality in all the times we’ve eaten there, and the manager showed genuine concern, handled it like the champion she is, and comped my meal. The only thing about this location is sometimes the service is poor. I’ve been without tea for long periods, halfway through my meal, stirring there not eating until I can get more, and the waitress will finally come by and ask me «do you want some more tea?». That seems like quite the unnecessary question, and the only reason I mention it because it is the mentality of poor service. My only other issue is that my 10 year old last minute during his order wanted a side salad with his kids meal. They charged me $ 3.99! That was as much as his meal! Many restaurants have 99 cent side salads for kids meals, like Cherokee Cattle Company, for example. I didn’t feel like I needed to scour the menu to make sure how much it was, it’s just a small bowl of salad! I mentioned it to the manager (not the normal manager who is there) and he basically said yep that’s pretty ridiculous, if you don’t like it you should contact Longhorn corporate. Really? You couldn’t do that? I’ll just include it in my review here how I got ripped off.

The food is pretty good, but the service is often quite poor. I have lived in the area over 7 years and have gone to this restaurant off and on. Some times it’s good, but most of the time it’s bad. The last time I went, was extremely bad. So, I will leave a review referencing only this experience. I dined in and order something to go. Although I ordered the food before we finished eating, it still took another 20 mins wait time. The server explained when he brought the food that they burned the first steak. I might have wanted to know prior. Nevertheless when it finally came, I checked the order and I’m extremely glad I did. I was missing crucial things like the salad and the potato. After waiting another 10 – 12 mins, the «manager» brought out the missing items. He offered no apology and his «reason» differed from the server’s completely. I told him about the wait and all of the inconveniences I’d suffered during my dining, and he sort of shrugged off everything, gave me several excuses, and that was it. He never even apologized for the inconvenience. I’ve never experience such disregard for a customer. I was there with a friend and I was embarrassed beyond belief.

Great restaurant close to Town Center Mall, but far enough away to avoid the 60 minute wait to sit down. Staff is overly friendly and food and service is outstanding. I would highly recommend if you like a great steak and a cold beer.

Don’t eat here. The restaurant was half empty and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated.

They have very nice staff at this location. Foods are always good. Price for a full rack of baby ribs is unbeatable at $ 19. I learn not to make my steak well done since it will dry it up.

It’s Long Horn and the food is pretty consistent where ever you go. The thing that sets chain restaurants apart is service. The service here was okay, nothing exceptional or memorable. Food is always descent.

The bartender, Kathy, is the BOMB!!! So many restaraunts have one or the other, good food but bad service but I was so pleased that we had the best of both worlds. We were immediately greeted by Kathy with a smile and of course a drink menu. She was prompt, professional, kept our drinks full and made small talk with us. I even appreciated her playing along with us joking about our latest «celebration!»
Try the watermelon margarita’s, they are buy one get two because of how big the shaker is! Yummy! I’ll be back again.

Service is great. Food is not. Filets are full of fat and gristle.

Love this place and the staff. We eat here 2 — 4 times a month. This is our favorite place to just stop and get a meal. The food is always good, but the staff makes it special. I’d like to say «hi» to David and «thanks» for always making our visit an event. I’d also like to thank Harrison for running such a great place. As a shareholder in Darden (DRI), I certainly hope you continue to climb the corporate ladder. Lastly a special «hi» to Julie also.

This location is alright, it’s fairly busy. The food isn’t anything special, but its nice to have this as a consistent choice in West Cobb.
We got put next to the hallway the servers came out, so it was somewhat annoying hearing one server continue to complain loudly about how many customers were using coupons that night.

We eat at this location around once a month and were surprised by our last visit when they totally remodeled the inside! It looks great!!! The food is great and if you find the right server, the service is great also!
