Marshalls

Could not find anything to suit my taste. All ladies shoes are smaller sizes, no 8 or 9’s. Disappointed.

Usually pretty friendly, but I guess the lady today had a problem. Other than that the lines move pretty quickly, easy to find things this store is in order!

I actually enjoy shopping at Marshall’s and TJ Maxx. especially this particular Marshall’s location. there are a lot of great finds a this one. for some reason, but I always leave with at least one item. the shoe selection here is always better than most Marshall’s or even their clothing. there are always rare finds that you can’t find at any other Marshall’s. so yes this place does deserve to have a better rating, BUT after several incidents with the owner/​manager (sometimes employees too), I have not yet to return or am willing to come support this location.
here’s an example of an incident:
during my frequent visits, I came in looking for a radio transmitter for my car, so that I can play my iPhone through my car’s speakers. I found one that I liked and was of affordable pricing. something on this radio transmitter looked ‘off’, but I was unsure. I just couldn’t put my fingers on it. when it was my turn to go to the registers, I was unfortunate to have the owner/​manager of the store ring me up. I showed her my transmitter & asked her for her opinion if she noticed something weird about it. she then replied to me with an scoff & awfully rude tone, «you just stick this in your car». she was so condescending. as if I were the idiot. in the end, my instincts were right when I asked my bf when I got home, he made me realize the pointy end/​tip of the car adapter port thing was missing!!! she clearly didn’t see that and just treated like I was wrong or retarded
that was not the only time she was ever so rude or treated me as inferior. but just her demeanor is awful. this lady is filled with tattoos all over her neck. I don’t even kno how he landed the position she has. also, whenever I end up with her as my cashier, she just ignores my presence, does not greet me or smile and just grabs my stuff and ring them up silently. wtf? where is the customer service?! also some of the employees here are just awful along with her. there are only 3 employees that see me all the time an greet me with a smile and even offer to help. everyone else just minds their own business and ignores any customer around them.
CONCLUSION: you guys had a loyal customer. I came 2 times every week for a about a yr. I have stopped coming for a year now due to what I have mentioned. I’ll MAYBE come back when it’s under new management. but that’s a huge maybe

Good one stop shop.

This Marshalls is my JAM. I’ve never been able to go inside without finding something that I had to take home because it was 1) a great deal and 2) fabulous. It doesn’t feel over-​stocked like most Marshall’s. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense. Nothing is left on the floor. The dressing rooms are well-​lit, roomy, and even CUTE with their little dressing room hooks with notes that say «Definitely», «Maybe», and «No». This is the home of good retail therapy.
