Subway

Horrible customer service! Owner lady is very rude! Actually argued with me about my sub selection… the same sub that every other Subway is perfectly happy to make for me. I will NEVER give them my money again.

there are some of those days when you have no idea what to eat and want something cheap, yet somewhat «healthy». for this area. subway is your answer. this is only subway within 5 miles from where I stay… the next closest one would be off abernathy.
LOCATION: this subway is location in a small strip but can be found in the same shopping center as kroger off of lower roswell rd. the subway is in between sakura (japanese restaurant) and jimmy’s pizza.
SO, let’s get straight to the point and lemme tell you guys why this is a 0 star rating:
please note that this isn’t a one time experience.
— this subway is operated by an indian husband and wife and they DO NOT accept any coupons whatsoever. none from online or manufacturer’s coupons.
— the wife is mostly there and she is ALWAYS on her phone; even when taking your order or preparing your sandwich
— the subway store is dirty, visible of dust, and not of pleasant smell
— when entering, there is NO ONE present in the front or around the store
here’s some of the things that have happened to me upon visiting this subway:
— while the lady is making my sandwich; she was out of cheese, so while having the disposable gloves on that she used to prepare my sandwich, she opens the rusty, dirty door handle to the walk in fridge and grabs the cheese and uses the SAME glove to touch the ingredients and my sandwich… GROSSSSSS!
— when making sandwiches, the lady holds the phone with her shoulder against her ear. sometimes the phone will drop into the ingredient containers; EEK!
there have been more incidents, but telling them all would make this review too long. I wish there was a way to report this subway and have it shut down for so many peoples’ sake!!!

They’re stingy with their meat in not only the fact that they give you less chicken than other places but they also have a sign that they don’t accept «location or enterprise coupons».
Their stinginess also surpasses health priorities in the fact that the person that was making the sub grabbed a few slices of bacon and one of them came apart from the others and flinged off into the their trash chute. They dug in there and placed it back with the others in the bin…

Soda machine was out of ice. Few minutes later a worker walked in with 3 bags of ice. He threw each bag on the ground the break up the ice, then put the whole bag through the top of the ice machine to empty it out. So all the ice in there was mixed into the fifth from the floor. Absolutely disgusting!
Anyway, gross.
Service was friendly and it was typical Subway food. I wouldn’t have any problem with the place otherwise, but can’t go there again after seeing that.
