My co-worker and I craved spicy Wor Won Ton Soup to help her get past a cold and to help make sure I didn’t get it. I Unilocaled to see what options we had(since a little hole in the wall Chinese spot nearest us had closed recently). We landed on this place due to proximity and the fact that we wanted fast food. I went to pick up and the place looked clean, people were sitting inside so I felt pretty confident so far in our choice. It’s the typical kinda chinese buffet place where you can have like 2-entrée plates and stuff. We stuck to the soup and 2 appetizers — panko fried shrimp and chicken egg rolls. The lady that was in there gave us dried red peppers to spice the soup ourselves, We got the red chili paste that I wanted by accident to be honest. She also assumed I didn’t want chopsticks — so I then asked for them just to have them(and I used them well). The soup was ok. Not quite my mental picture, but not bad. Decent. The won tons were good, it had all the shrimp, chicken, veggies, broccoli even. Just more peanut oil I think than I’m used to in the soup. The Panko shrimp was butterflied and looked huge. Other than that, it was just fried shrimp. Nothing great, the batter was pretty thick for panko — I assume panko will be closer to tempura texture, but I could be wrong. The«chicken» egg rolls were the size of veggie egg rolls elsewhere so I’m not even sure we got chicken ones. Plus the ingredients were pretty mushy. Neither were anything I’d search for next time, but I ate it and it was ok. I’d consider going and trying the buffet there on the spot so I can see what I’m ordering before I do the next time I’m having a craving.

Whoa, I’m impressed! I’ve been on a quest for good Chinese delivery and finally I find Magic Wok. Thank god, because there seems to be an abundance of terrible Chinese and Thai delivery around here… I had the Chicken Egg Rolls and Chicken Crispy Pan Fried Noodles– and the egg rolls were actually amazing! I can see how some people would find the noodles a little oily, but, I mean, it’s fried noodles… what do you expect. Food was delivered in 40 minutes and the delivery guy was young and friendly. Tip on tipping: If you’re ordering with a credit card through Eat24/Yelp, it defaults to a cash tip so make sure you have a couple bucks.
