Have been eating KFC a lot lately must be the ads on tv, :)The original recipe still tastes the same as it did more than 40 years ago. Service was always hit or miss, didn’t get order right or sometimes right order wrong food, they owe me a chicken breast, ordered 3 piece, got a 2 piece meal, sometimes no napkin or fork, ever eat mashed potatoes with the lid? watching people touch money and then put my food in the bag, yuck. I have gotten used to it happening, lately the last few visits everything has been perfect. Keep it up.

Cahier insisted that there’s no such thing as an 8pc bucket meal with both white and dark meat & insisted on charging extra for the white meat.
After paying extra… the chicken was cold.
Definitely not going back.

They greet customers here which gets them the 2 star. Other than that the food was bad. Chicken were small. Grilled chicken was moist like they did it and saved it for hours. I don’t know what the food safety is but at other places they continue making food and not hold on to it. Ladies here were unhappy to work here.

Great customer service! Last two visits, we have had the same very friendly lady help us. While we have many fast food choices, we will be back due to the nice service!

Monterey, CA
KFC was throughout our childhood and still is: our «go to» fried chicken fast food place. The cole slaw is sweet and tasty. We really liked Popeyes chicken, during our years living in Florida. Churches is just okay, if nothing else is available. The «original» was our favorite moist style, but the «crispy» is much better these days. We haven’t really found much interest in the grilled breasts, since we can cook those at home. Good Luck!
