not worth it. wont give extra sugar?

I do not know what happened to this Mcdonalds, but it has really gone downhill. This literally used to be the standard I judged all other Mcdonalds restaurants by, but now it is one of the slowest. I have by chance been here 3 times within the last couple weeks which admittedly is more than I have been here in the last year, but I have never before seen the kind of wait times I have seen over the last 3 visits. Excruciatingly long wait times at the drive-​thru even when there are only a couple cars in the line. I place a simple order like a couple Quarter Pounders (no drinks/​no fries) and it takes about 10 – 12 minutes just to get to the pick-​up window and then when I get there they still aren’t ready and I get another 2 – 3 minutes waiting on something that you would think would be ready to go at any given moment in a fast food place. Something is definitely wrong with their procedures for them to be so consistently slow with every single order. This place used to be almost lightning fast no matter what you ordered. The lines would move quickly and by the time you got to the pick-​up window they would have the entire order staged and ready to hand out the window. NOT ANYMORE…
On the positive side they haven’t screwed up any of my orders. They are correct and complete when they hand them to me.

I’ve waited a while to write a review for this location because I like to evaluate establishments I frequent often after several visits. After more than 10 visits to this McDonald’s, I am not impressed.
More often than not, their food quality is horrible. Rock hard biscuits in the morning, cold fries, and cold burgers. I’d recommend staying in the drive-​thru until you completely check your order because it is very common to have things missing.
In the past, they had a huge employee quality and retention problem. First, it was always a challenge ordering in the drive-​thru because of language barriers, but that’s still negotiable. The employees used to be rude and inefficient but the group now is fairly competent. Unfortunately, through all the employment changes it is still common for the restaurant to not be open when they are supposed to. I’ve shown up 30 minutes after ‘opening time’ and nobody was there. Very weird.
Overall, inconsistent and will likely leave you frustrated.

Thanks for not giving me a straw for like the third time in a row. I wasn’t really thirsty on this hot summer day any way. It’s cool. I’ll just risk dumping the whole fucking soda on my lap while trying to drink it with no lid.

Srsly y’all, I know it’s pointless to review a McD, but this one was pretty weak. I had to repeat everything to the kid twice, somethings three times. As soon as I left, I thought to myself «better check the bag before I bounce». All my items were there, but as you can see from the pic, my filet-​o-​fish was all out of whack.

So I hit this place up last night after a visit to Target (I was craving gift bags and was hoping some were on clearance, I know strange thing to crave at night right?) and got the Nugget Mini Meal… fries were fine, I even got a small coke (I always get unsweetened iced tea since I feel bad hitting this place up in the first place). The nuggets were the most awful I’ve had in my 30 years. It was around 9pm and they were cold, dry and hard. They definitely have been sitting out for a couple of hours as they were not even warm and I couldn’t bite trhough them, I was tearing through them like an animal tearing up food from the ground. Of course, I wasn’t going to go back to get 3 replaced since I was already on my way but what a bummer.
Saying that customer service was amazing in both windows… So good that I would have loved to tip both of them at least a dollar each. But still, it’s unfortunate that they serve such cold unappetizing (I know… most people think it is even if it was warm) food!

Im not from the area, and this was my first time at this McD. Theres only 2 reasons why we write reviews, either we love the service or we hate it. When we received our order, it was missing a burger. When i went back up there to tell them they didnt give us our complete order, she looked at me in disbelief checking the receipt twice. After she realized it, all she said was ok. She could’ve at least said im sorry for the mistake. When i asked for ketchup, they gave me 3. I asked if i could have more, and they gave me 3 more. Large fries actually take up more ketchup than that. This is the last time i’d ever eat at this McD again.
