CampFAC(Fellowship Alliance Chapel) is a hidden gem in Marlton. It is family-friendly, free of charge, and open to the public on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays during the summer.(10:00am — 8:00pm). The grounds are maintained by volunteers and donations. We had a great time today, the kids enjoyed it. Kayaking was fun(I like the island in the middle of the lake). Nice set-up all around. Everyone was chill, no riff-raff here. They have: — Spring-fed cedar lake. It is very clean, they test the water weekly. — Sandy beach(well groomed) — Lifeguards on duty — Beach volleyball court, horseshoe pits and basketball. — They have free canoes and kayaks(life vests included) — Picnic areas — Hiking trail(around a mile or so) — Gas grills — Adirondack style chairs and beach umbrellas — Many shady spots provided by the trees — Bathroom facility — Birthday parties are okay as long as the group doesn’t exceed 20, 25 max. «Minors under the age of 16 may not be dropped off and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. CampFAC is not a daycare facility and will not be held responsible for the well-being of its guests. The use of ALCOHOL and TOBACCO is strictly prohibited. Foul language and lewd or reckless behavior will not be tolerated». They don’t have a snack bar so feel free to pack a cooler and bring some grub. If you want, bring beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys with you. Early bird gets the worm as far as picking your spot(tables/chairs, etc.).
