I am always weary about trying a new chinese place, especially if I am craving it. Happened to be in the area for work so I figured I would give WU a try. They offer a nice dining experience with complementary chinese crackers with duck sauce and hot tea. The lunch combos are a great value ranging from $ 5-$ 6 and change. I opted for the Grandfathers Chicken combo. Grandfathers Chicken is their version of General Tso. The soup came first, I got wonton. The broth was flavorful and the wontons big. My only complaint would be that only two wontons were in the soup. The Grandfathers chicken followed and looked delicious, the chicken had a very fresh look to it that is hard to explain. The chicken had a nice crispness to it and the sauce had a noth sweet and zestyness. Overall I was pleased with my experience and food, the server was very polite.

Food was decent. So far the best delivery in the area since the other places have really gone down in quality. Ordering online was fast and easy. Delivery took about an hour but food was still hot. Definitely will order again and my new favorite place!

I wish that I could give NOSTARS!!! I placed an order at 6:50pm… Called at 8:03pm because my food still hasn’t arrived and they said my food was still cooking… An hour and 13 minutes later my food was still cooking!!! Really!!! And then the said that it was only going to take another 15 minutes… It’s now 8:40 pm and my food just arrived. Almost 2 hours for something that normally takes most restaurants 15 – 20 minutes to make and deliver to your door. NOTHAPPYATALL!!!

I’ve ordered delivery a few times now and they always deliver the food still steaming. Amazing quality. I LOVE their pork fried dumplings.

I am totally disgusted. I ordered take out for a much liked dish. My company is treated to lunch quite often from vendors who use one of the other locations to cater our lunches, so when I found out that there was a Wu’s bistro locally I wanted to get the dish for myself. Upon paying for my pickup order, I also asked for an order of Chinese noodles to go. The lady who took my payment went in the back to get the noodles. However, I noticed that she went in the back to get the little bag that the noodles go in and went over to the table where she was saying goodbye to what appeared to be family members who were leaving, and put noodles from their table in the bag and came back and gave it to me. How disgusting. I was too upset. But instead of causing a conflict, I just left knowing that I was just going to throw away the Chinese noodles, but It left me concerned about my original order if they would do something like this on such a small thing, how could I be comfortable eating anything from here. I thought about contacting the manager but for all I know, she could have been the manager. It was about 5:10pm, Middle aged Asian female, she was saying good bye to what appeared to be her two young daughters. I placed the order right before I left the job, intended for takeout dinner. What was she thinking, It is never acceptable to give someone, another persons leftovers. How disgusting! Needless to say, I will never go there again. and I’ll be sure to share my experiences with all other non suspecting customers.

I’ve had take out delivered and I have also dined in. The food is very good each time. Delivery can be slow at times. I like the Bento Box.

Not thrilled. They took forever and didn’t send chopsticks or napkins. I ordered my spicy tuna roll hot and this sauce was weak

My friend had been telling me about this place for a while so last weekend we decided to give it a shot. In all, this place has some of the best Chinese food that I’ve ever eaten. We had the fried pork dumplings, grandfather’s chicken, which was kind of like orange chicken, roast pork with broccoli, and the walnut chicken. All the dishes came out perfect– not overly greasy(like other chinese restaurants I’ve tried), with the right amount of crisp in their chicken, and not drenched in sauce. I’m definitely going back here in the near future.

The food here is excellent. We always get takeout from here. It’s not like many other asian restaurants which have very greasy food. Not sure what the other reviewers problems was but we’ve never had any reason to complain.

This used to be a great restaurant with excellent takeout. No delivery available from here. Not sure what has happened in the past 6 months, but they have taken a dramatic downward slide. Our last 4 takeout orders were a minimum of 10 minutes late, with tonight being the crowning glory — 30 minutes later than promised. Their excuse was how busy they were. They had 2 active tables in the restaurant, and during my 35 minutes in the front, 3 people received their takeout orders. So, after being served ridiculously late, they made a grand gesture — taking $ 3 off the bill. I got home, only to find the order missing items. I took it all back, and got a refund, since by the time I would have gotten home again, the remainder of the food would have been cold. We won’t be back.
