I like sushi. I like sushi a lot(Cue Forest Gump shrimp list for sushi). I’ve been satisfied the last couple times I’ve gone. It’s decent sushi, not the incredibly diverse selection of some of my fav sushi places, but what I’ve had has been very good. Part of me wants some wildly creative rolls under the chefs special selections, but I can’t complain about what they offer because, again, good.

It’s okay. I got the sweet potato roll and it tasted like they need to change their fryer grease soon. It’s usually my favorite roll but not from this place. The chicken tempera roll was pretty good and the chicken was well cooked. But again, I don’t like my sushi tasting like old French fries. a bit disappointing

Place was pretty quiet on a Saturday nite but we didn’t mind more food for us !! Sushi was fresh, other menu items were tasty. Nice spot on the south shore, will visit again.

We love Sashimis and come here often. My husband orders the sashimi deluxe platter and raves about it. I typically have the sushi rolls. Great service, nice atmosphere, delish cocktails!

Ok so this is our 3rd time here and it keeps getting better! Service is spot on, food keeps getting better as we explore the menu more. Can’t believe it’s never crowded! Although last 2 times we’ve been here I see a lot of take out going by. This place is great local spot and if you know the area, it’s better than most other places around. Actually I’d say the best around. By far. Presentation is really impressive! Kids love it here too. Highly recommend the volcano. Unbelievable!

I truly don’t understand why people don’t constantly rave about this place. It’s the second best sushi I’ve ever had(and seeing as it’s in the suburbs, that’s saying a lot!) they have the best sweet potato tempura maki I’ve ever had, and their soups are excellent. The ambiance is lovely and it’s never crowded, although it should be! Yum!

First time here and loved it. Too bad it took me two months to find it. Pad Thai was very tasty, not too sweet. The scallion pancakes were really good, the crap Rangoon was great. All around a good place to eat.

We love this place! It is very close to home and the only thing that keeps us from going more often is that it is a little more expensive than our other«go to» Asian restaurant. We do not eat sushi, but my husband swears by all the dishes! The staff is friendly and we, like others, do not understand why it isn’t crowded. I think, unfortunately, the location is hidden as it is nearly invisible from the street. The atmosphere and food are great and I highly recommend! If you are going to the Marshfield Fair or visiting our beaches, this is the place to stop to eat!

This is by far the best sushi restaurant in the area! We recently moved from San Diego and this place holds up to our favorite restaurants out west! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the sushi is always always fresh. And they deliver to Duxbury which is a big plus! Thanks for bringing great sushi to the south shore!

I don’t understand why this place isn’t crowded, or at least busy when I go in because it’s great! Spotlessly clean, fun looking bar, fair prices and solid food every time I’ve ordered. They should have a line out the door! I think the fact that it’s tucked into the side of a Dunkin Donuts location makes it nearly invisible which is a shame because it’s well worth a trip down Rt.139. Essentially you drive part way down the DD drive-thru, park on the side of the driveway and enter on the right side of the building. Weird, but it’s worth the agita! Maybe on the weekends the hibachi is busy but I’ve yet to wait for anything. There’s everything on this menu — Chinese, Japanese, sushi, lunch specials, dinner specials, noodles, bento boxes, hibachi, Thai curries– everything! Vietnamese Egg Rolls with a chili lime sauce were delicious! Thin, more like a long spring roll than a chinese eggroll, with a tasty pork/veg/vermicelli filling — more pork than anything else and I don’t think I’ve ever had a roll quite like this. The Sushi Chirashi had a nice variety of sashimi on top of perfectly seasoned sushi rice. I like chirashi — chef’s choice and this chef has excellent taste because there wasn’t a single piece of fish that made me say, «meh», it was all good. Sushi Deluxe was a smart combination of 18 pieces of assorted sashimi(3 of six variety, including hamachi, tuna and salmon) with a california roll on the side. Right? You always want at least a little rice with sashimi, no matter how delightful the combination is. So I also asked for a side of plain white rice because two of us were splitting the combo and instead of the pushback I generally get when making this request elsewhere, received a full small order of rice –hot from the cooker, unsticky, delicious white rice. Plenty of condiments, and sincde the restaurant has Chinese, Japanese and some Thai dishes the meal always ends with fortune cookies — love that old school touch! Great food, good value and convenient — it’s a winner!

We had gyoza dumplings, fried rice, drunken noodles, and a volcano roll. We all thought everything was excellent! Will be my new go to Chinese place.

Seen this place a few times from the road, so we had to stop in. The food is nothing to write home about. I had the hot and sour soup. The soup was virtually tasteless. I had to dump a substantial amount of soy sauce in it just to taste something. The sushi was ok. The one thing that turned me off was that they used shredded tuna in their spicy tuna roll. I do have to say the service we received was great.

Tried this for the first time and it’s soo good! Good food that’s not too heavy but defiantly satisfying. Cant go wrong with either the sushi or the cuisini. Well defiantly come back in the future!

Ordered the mango chicken dinner. It was boiled??? Chicken in a sweet sauce with strips of mango and green peppers. The chicken had a fishy aroma to it and was super chewy. I pan cooked it @ home and had it the next day. Still smelled odd, but the flavors were okay. Not something I would order again.

Drove by the restaurant on the way to the Marshfield Fair. Looked it up on Unilocal… saw the high ratings… decided to give this suburban Asian bistro a shot. Love the décor — wish we have something similar in Quincy. I’m usually hesitant to see mixed cuisines under one roof(ie. Japanese, Chinese and Thai)…but our dishes turned out better than expected. We ordered a wide array of dishes: 1. Crab Rangoon — 6 pieces of Americanized Chinese appetizers… they could had been fried a tad bit longer… the skin was a bit underdone 2. Coconut shrimp — don’t see this often in Asian restaurants — had a nice coconut tempura coating and fried gently to perfection 3. Cherrystone — nice, plump, fresh and garnished with tobiko around the plate 4. Spicy crab seaweed salad — nice combo mixture… just wished they went gentle on the tempura flakes because it made it on the drier side 5. Spicy yellow tail and salmon handroll — server made mistake and gave us maki rolls but still okay 6. Times square roll — spicy salmon and tuna topped off with generous amount of tobiko 7. Lucky star roll — tuna, salmon and yellow tail wrapped in thinly slice cucumber — totally refreshing and light. 8. Tuna blanca jumbo roll — fresh combination of spicy tuna, shrimp and white tuna and topped with thick slices of white tuna 9. Walnut shrimp — not exactly done like the Chinese restaurants — still good size shrimp but wished the batter was on the lighter side(thick batter) — pretty presentation on the ginormous square plate Overall — the seafood was of great quality and the garnishes made the plate presentation spectacular(twigs, tomato rabbits, orange sculptures and cucumber folds). The service was on the average side — server kept forgetting things. Complimentary fried oreos as desserts — which was definitely a nice way to wrap up a delicious meal.
