Subway

Just ordered a sweet onion teriyaki sub. When I got it home and opened it… myself… and my wife commented on the smell of tuna. After a few bites I realized there was somehow tuna mixed in with the chicken. I’m not sure how this can happen… maybe a disgruntled employee… maybe someone’s idea of a joke. Either way I didn’t return to the store; I just threw the sub out, as the smell was making me sick… to say nothing of the taste left in my mouth. It will be a while (if ever) that I return to this establishment.

I have to say, I am pretty particular on my Subway restaurants. Each seems to differ in quality and is really dependent on location (eg: local ones are typically better, city ones, not so much). The Subway at the Shops at Oceans Gate in Marshfield however, is one of the best (if not THE best) I have ever been to. I am extremely grateful that they brought Subway back to Marshfield after the original one had an unfortunate fire and never re-​opened several years ago. The food here is always consistent and fresh and never looks like it’s been sitting around for a while. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the lettuce starts turning red or various toppings end up in my sandwich that were unwanted — but that’s no issue here! The restaurant is always clean and is actually visually appealing and well kept. Most of the employees have been there since the location– so they know what they’re doing and are good at prioritizing and taking orders. Keep up the good work!

Always good to have a subway around. Pretty much like all the other subways with a delicious selection to choose from. The staff seem to be friendly and the food is always good. The price is average. Great stop to get a quick sub on the go or a place to sit down and enjoy.

This subway is like any other subway chain, but that is not a bad thing, you know what you are getting from a chain. They always have good service and good food. You have a huge selection to choose from. You get to pick your bread and the items on it. There should be no mistake on your item since your watching them as they listen to your selection. The price is fairly decent and wouldn’t hurt your wallet. They also have health selection like apple slices and yogurt. I’m a fan of subways because of the huge selections and the fairly decent price.
