Their Texas thickburger is amazing, and it’s nice that they bring the food to your table; fancy. Real good for a fast food place.

They need to work on their customer service skills. As I drive up to the drive thru lane, there is an employee sweeping. He moves out of the way. I get to the order window and am asked to wait. Please note that there is no one ahead of me in line. I wait about 3 minutes and notice the employee that was sweeping put the broom and dust pan away in what looked like the area where the trash bin is kept and walked into the restaurant. As soon as the door shut, I was asked for my order. I drove up to the window and guess who was there? Yep, the guy that was sweeping. And yes, he got the order wrong trying to charge me for something I didn’t order. By the way, there was no way he had time to wash his hands from the time he walked into the restaurant to my driving up to the window to pay. Also, when I was handed my bag of food, he made no effort to extend his arm out to make it easier for me to grab. I was tempted to rate this with only one star but the food wasn’t and and yes, I watched to make sure he did not handle my food

Service is decent but the drive thru line is always crazy long. My orders have always been correct but you have to ask for ketchup or sauces.

Worst experience in a Carl’s Jr. They could not make our order right, took forever to arrive. Wrong order, we send it back. Took an other 10 minutes for them to fix it. Poor service, food is ok, but we had better tasting burger in different Carl’s Jr. I love Carl’s Jr, just not this one.

Great service, hot food, correct order, every time I’ve been there. The drive thru can take a few minutes, but from my experience, that’s every Carl’s jr. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

My husband really liked the double all natural burger. They got our whole order right, very friendly cashier. Also the burger actually looked like the picture, presentable warm soft bun and meaty. would have gotten 5 stars but the bean and cheese burrito wasn’t very good or the tacos.

The first thing I would say is the breakfast burrito lacked hideously. I never go here but McD’s is closed for remodeling and I was desperate. The second thing I would say is that the cashier swiped my card, dropped her hand and moved it horizontally under the register and two days later my card was compromised — I have NO proof — I’m just sayin’ it caught my eye, and at just before 7 a.m. that’s saying something, and my first thought was, «Did she just skim my card???» i wonder if she quit and has been helping her friends shop online since then. Just based on the food, not going back.

This is my favorite Carl’s Jr. store in all the Bay Area. For some reason, their burgers taste better, and the restaurant is always clean. Never had a problem with the service either.

Super disappointed stopped here to get breakfast. Ordered loaded. omelet biscuit and it was hard as a rock whomever cooked it either did it on purpose or just didnt care. Didnt offer any ketchup for our hash browns and fries. What a waste of money.

(Rating this location, not the chain.) Employees are nice, but inept. They couldn’t get an order right if they were paid to do so. I know this because they are, and they can’t.

My most favorite Uncle came to stay with me for 2 weeks to help out while I recuperated from surgery. And to help out with the baby. He is an amazing cook and amazingly convincing when it comes to talking us into getting fast food for dinner. When he saw the double Western Bacon Cheeseburger commercial it was to much for him to handle. I however got a Famous Star with Cheese and some Fried Zucchini. My husband got Chicken Strips and Onion Rings. Of course we regretted gorging ourselves on greasy fast food but its a special occasion so why not. Some of my Zucchini’s were kind of bitter and left a bad aftertaste. My husband said his Onion Rings were second to none. The Fries my uncle got were horrible. The worst Fries Ive ever had. Now the Chocolate Shake that my husband got was rediculous and suprisingly good for a fast food shake. So rich and chocolatey. This dinner really isn’t helping me get back into prebaby shape. But the family bonding was well worth it.

I did not go here! My boyfriend did, sinful. It is fast food and I had a couple bites of the western bacon cheeseburger, tasted way better than it looked. Also they had vitamin water zero, lemonade flavor– surprising from fast food, and awesome!

I am not ashamed to admit that I love Carl’s Jr. When I’m on the go and craving a restaurant style burger(with out the restaurant style price) Carl’s Jr or In n Out are the way to go! I have never really been disappointed with any of there items. I decided to be bad today and try the grilled cheese burger that just came out and that’s been making me drool every time I watch there advertisement… I am just like a kid, I still want my grilled cheese. So while in Martinez today, I decided to swing by the Carl’s Jr that I have been to quite a few times over the years. I ordered the grilled cheese burger with no bacon and no mayo and you know what? It was slamingly delicious!!! Burger was thick and flavorful, Swiss and American cheese was melted to a creamy oooey, gooey goodness — all sandwiched between two slices of perfectly grilled(though still soft) sourdough bread… Mmmm Heaven!!! And I don’t feel guilty at all! They even have decent onion rings. I really wish they still had the low carb breakfast bowl that they had a few years back… Oh well I’m satisfied with there burgers for now.

I occasionally end up at the Carl’s Jr. if I’m hungry enough for a burger on the way home to Albany. The drive thru is a bit hard to get to and Freeway convenience can be challenging both ways. The burgers are good and contrary to the commercials, I order the smaller sandwiches. I also like the crosscut fries. However, this place consistently makes errors with relatively minor, but irritating order substitutions. And their takeout system doesn’t always seem to be running on both cylinders.

Great Malts. Fast service. Drive through and big clean dining area. Carls is my 1st choice in fast food.
