This Burger King has to be one of the worst Burger King’s in cunt Costa County went there tonight spent $ 25 couldn’t even get more than two sauces for order of chicken fries and then my ultimate a 1 steak sauce cheeseburger bacon cheeseburger had only two pieces of raw nasty bacon. And if that was a bad enough the butt looks like it came off of the kids meal the burger is about an inch too big all the way around. all that meat where’s the bun

The unpleasant worker didn’t understand English well and said«what?» after anything I said, then he messed up my order and insisted it was my fault! The food wasn’t bad just the workers attitude.

Eight minutes in the drive-through with only one car ahead of me this is one of the worst slow food restaurants I’ve ever seen

This has got to be one of the worse BK’s in CoCo County. If you want poor customer service, old bread that falls apart when you pick up your burger, watery breakfast sandwiches & always want to go with choice B because they’re out of your choice A, this is the place to be. Seriously, drive down a little further and get your fast food fix at McDonalds or Wendy’s.

Cold. Soggy. Stale. This BK is worse than — yet more expensive than — any other. Hash browns are soft and cold, and taste like old oil. Cossanwiches are hard and tough and taste like plastic wrap. The meal total was $ 3 more than other locations. Do yourself a favor and go to the ones near Sunvalley or Virginia Hills.

It’s the slowest BK drive thru. Just five cars ahead of me and it took 20mins to had my turn. The worst part, Enrique the drive thru cashier that day, had a very very bad attitude. He’s like having a gangster attitude and got irritated when I asked him for a fork twice. I thought he never heard me the first time so I ask him again and he said«I heard u man». If he heard me the first time, how come he did not grab one or even reacted like saying«how many do u want?». It seems this Enrique doesn’t like to be asked twice. I’m not going back to this lousy joint again. And to u Enrique, be nice to ur customers and leave ur gangsta attitude at home.

I went through the drive thru because I wanted something that resembled a hamburger. I just had some of the best customer service that I have ever had in my life. Is it possible that Burger King hired someone who actually cares about their job? I did not dream this.

OK this is my second time eating here in a long time and both times now i have GOTTENSICK!!! i know its burger king because i usually only eat one meal a day unless im really hungry. They also seemed very sluggish today and that does include the customer service. I wont be eating here anymore id rather pay more in gas to go to the one in pleasant hill.

The Fish Burgers were very old. The onion rings were old too. Tastes like a thousand year old oil. Puh-lease!

This location has crap service and they always get the order wrong thru the drive thru and you won’t notice until you’re at your destination. I’m probably not going to come back here.

WHAT’S UPWITHTHEMAYO! I buy veggie burgers here and there from Burger King. They’re delicious. This is my first stop at the Martinez location; I usually shop Walnut Creek’s BK. So imagine my surprise when my healthy, kind-choice burger opened up with a sh*t-ton of mayonnaise on it! It was so gross how much was on there. WC never does this to me. Almost all of the lettuce was removed upon discovery because it was so smothered also. Many patrons eating a veggie sandwich are doing so because it’s healthier or they love animals. I do it for both reasons. And BK makes an awesome veggie burger. Seriously. I’m not a vegetarian, and it’s really enjoyable. I wouldn’t necessarily order this item at every fast food place but if I’m eating here, I’ll order it every time. Next time I do, it’ll be without mayo. I prefer mustard anyhow.

Back in my University of Iowa days, there was no Sunday Evening meal offered at the Dorm, so we would drive out to Coralville and«Dine» at Burger King. After all, we were all on a budget. It was also a more honest experience than the scam a friend played. He would order some odd Pagliai’s Pizza combination over the phone(near closing time) and then walk in under another name and buy the Pizza for pennies on the dollar to «help» them clear their«abandoned» inventory. This was also around the time when their advertising jingle included a song that included«Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don’t upset us… Have it Your Way! My roommate at the time had a wicked sense of humor and would demand that the folks at the counter«Sing It» before he would pay. I’m still occasionally fond of the Burger King Chain, especially regarding the Whopper, Fish Sandwich, and Onion Rings/Sauce. However, I recently promised my MD that I would lay off on this kind of unhealthy stuff, but I have known to occasionally drive through this Martinez Burger King for a Breakfast Croissant on the way to work. This temptation is sometimes hard to resist when my basic food groups can include anything that’s salty, greasy, crunchy, or sweet.

Burger King where you can always have it your way! Whopper: no pickles, extra onions, no cheese.

Worst BK Ive ever been to. It’s not the food and it cant be the employees. It is whoever runs this place. They are so understaffed it is not funny. Last time i went in there I waited 15 minutes for 3 people to order in front of me. The poor lady had to take one order then fill multiple orders in between the next order. She looked so stressed. I know if this place had a few more employees roaming around things would operate more smoothly.

When reviewing fast food chains, I rarely mention the food(unless relevant), as it’s pretty much the same all over. You get what you get. I can’t believe many here who Unilocal are Burger King virgins, so will make this comment solely on my experience at this particular store. I come here, to this restaurant in Martinez, about once every one/two months, when hungry in the area. And this location is ALWAYS understaffed, with varying degrees of wait. Today, Nov. 10, 2010, I came in at about 2pm(still within the window of lunch), and there were only 2 employees on duty; one covering the busy counter and drive-thru, the other cooking all the food. With only one couple ahead of me, it still took 8 minutes to order, and another 4 minutes to get my order. Heaven help the people behind me, how long they had to wait. Yes, the employees were working as fast as possible, and I do NOT blame them for this circumstance. They were doing the best they could. I do blame the Manager on duty, who was just sitting in a booth, yapping with several employees on break. I’ve walked-out of this restaurant 2 other times for long wait times, and came close today, but was really needing a special BK item, so I was patient. What are managers for but to fill-in when customer service is failing? This location is routinely poorly managed, and today was the WORST example of such managerial laziness and apathy to customers.

About half the time when I come around, their milkshake machine seems to either be broken or off. This is not the best option for late night milkshakes. I generally order the veggie burger with fries and a milkshake(it’s tough trying to go vegan, so don’t judge, ‘kay?). Generally, things work out okay, but a few times I’ve gotten fries in my onion rings and chicken nuggets in my fries(not cool at all).

Something has«gone south» with the meat that Burger King uses in their hamburgers. It’s tasteless and has a rubbery consistency. I’ve grown up a burger kind fanatic so I can tell the difference. I’ve tried it 3 times and all three times in the last 3 months and the meat was tasteless. I won’t be going back but it’s ashame that their quality has deteriorated so significantly.

BK pipes that lovely smell of cooked cow all across the 4. I love that smell and want to whip in for some cow burger every time I drive by. I stop here once a month and never understand why BK is less popular than McDonald’s. BK burgers destroy Micdees. But BK has had a problem historically severing crisp fries. It’s unforgivable. McD fries are good about 60% time I would think BK could avg 30% but it’s more like 5%. They have a kids playground
