The woman working was very helpful! I especially liked that she made suggestions to me and not my child.

Every time I walk into this particular Payless, the cashier always seems to be on the phone, and it seems to be a personal call. Although she greets me, she continues away with her conversation.

Been to many a Payless shoe store. The shoes are definitely not the best quality, but they are always a great price. Especially good for kids who grow out of their shoes so fast. Although somehow my son still manages to tear his shoes to shreds before he outgrows them. Maybe I should invest in $ 50 shoes for him. This Payless was pretty typical. Clerk was nice and friendly and I found a great pair of cute shoes for both myself and my daughter.

I’m really not loving the idea of wearing flats these days. But being pregnant means sacrifices at the expense of having great looking legs and butt, which is why I wear heels mostly. The selection didn’t seem as good as the location over in Pleasant Hill. I found one pair of dark silver flats that seemed to fit well. They were also having their BOGO sales and I bought another pair of cute black pumps. After baby pumps. Customer service was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. My flats really suck and actually hurt worse than any pair of heels I wear. I am not happy with my purchase. Not the stores fault but this just keeps my hate of flats set in stone. Ill be back again to check out the selection in the future.
