This hotel is now a baymont inn. My wife price lined and we got this place, the worst hotel I’ve ever spent over $ 100 dollars on. We actually slept well, but this should be a $ 80 hotel, I guess that’s what you get in a tourist city.

Stay here for sure! Drove down from St. Louis for a week on the Emerald Coast. contary to the other review I found this place to be jsut the opposite of their review. First we arived at around 10 am several hours before check in but since our room was ready we were able to check in and put our lugage away and do other things with out hullng our lugage and stuff around town. Staff was warm and super friendly the entire week we stayed here. The room we stayed in was vary nice clean and kept that way throught out the week. We never had to request anything from the staff because it was all in the room every night when we returned cleaned and beds made. I loved the fact that their was a small fridge in the room and microwave. Bringing some extra lunches for the week to keep in their was great. Even completed some laundry before we left so we did not have to bring home any dirty cloathing. Breakfast in the morning was always good and hot. Changing the hot meal everyday to something different ment not haing to eat the same thing every day, Nice. Papers availave every morning even a computer to use if you needed one and of course free wi-fi.

This hampton inn seems to very very old. The rooms smell moldy/wet and look like something from a motel 6. I also found random stains on the sheets, and the bathroom is small. I would say stay away. You may have better luck with the Hampton Inns at the Destin or Fort Walton Beach locations.
