One of my favorite Chicken Sandwiches I’ve ever had. Sybergs sauce wings are also a great change from your usual buffalo wing. Very good Pizza too!

Went to Syberg’s for the first time and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. There is a large bar style area with lots of TVs, and they have a more traditional dining room area that is a little less noisy. I had their wings with traditional buffalo sauce and the Joe Mamma’s pizza(pepperoni, sausage, and bacon thin crust pizza). The wings were a good size wing, cooked correctly, and were very juicy with the right amount of sauce. The pizza was just as good if not better than the wings were. If you are looking to go somewhere with a group this would be a great place to go to as there is plenty of seating here. I look forward to going back to this location very soon!

this is a nice local neighborhood bar good food good music I was in the bar on the on the 30th of January 2016 and to my dismay a black guy and a white girl grinding like its a strip Club. I notified the management even when most of the staff seen how they were acting I was insulted thinking how a fine establishment is this being well known in St Louis Missouri would let something like this go on in their restaurant and bar. I let them know I was installed it and the next time it would happen I would call the police for public indecency. if anybody that owns syberg’s would like to talk feel free to call me 7536461 I will not be doing business with this establishment. but I will be notifying the police to look in on this business.

I’ve never had worse service at a bar\restaurant. We sat down at a table and waited 20+ minutes and a server never even acknowledged us. Were they busy? Nope. Several of the servers were playing on their phones and even taking selfies with their cell phones. We went up to the bar to order since we were tired of waiting. We took our beers 3 feet away back to the table and the bartender accused us of walking off without paying. Food that was ordered never came. It’s like a ingrained mentality of not caring by all the employees.

Always great food and have a really good time there when I want drinks. Had catering for 30 people at work and had them do it. Everything hot and delicious. Kim in catering was great!

A last minute celebration for my son’s birthday at Syberg’s. Love the wings, some of the best wings in St. Louis. Always a nice go to place for reasonable food and a good time. The side salad is really good with the ranch dressing. Burgers, fish, chicken and the pizza is outstanding. A well rounded $$ restaurant. TV’s everywhere for the sports lover in you.

Lots of giant, enormous TV’s. Think of it like an Apple Store for TV’s, where you can go in, have a beer, and try the various sizes and shapes of the TV’s before you buy, just like you would do for a new iPhone. There’s so many TV’s that it should be called«Lots of TV’s on Dorsett» Whatever you do… and this is important… don’t go there for the food. TV’s, YES! Beer, YES!!! Food, NO!

probably the worst food I have had for a long time … ordered the fish and chips — chips were crinkle cut french fries, obviously from frozen. The fish was in some poor imitation of batter that fell off of the fish. There was an accompanying mustard/mayo that had been lying around for some time — dark yellow on the top and light yellow underneath. not a good sign. my wife had the vegeburger which was equally poor. Hard to believe that it was so busy … all I can assume is that the drinks must be cheap.

Served us watered down shots and said it was our fault for not ordering them neat. Would not replace shots or refund money. Unreasonable thieves.

The chicken sauce is amazing it’s like eating crack for the first time but the sad thing is that that is the only thing good about this place…

Syberg’s chicken sandwich today. I like the flavor of their wing sauce although it’s not at all spicy in my book. Their bleu cheese dressing is obviously out of a big jar and lacks distinction. Given their local ownership, I would think this an area they might want to improve. The side salad that I substituted for an up-charge was very fresh and pretty good, except for the fact that I made the mistake of ordering their lackluster bleu cheese dressing — I need to remember not to do that in the future. Service was good but a bit rushed. Par for the course with lunch.

Cool place. Tried them out during a company event so i had many foods to try. Overall they do a very good job at bar snacks. I especially enjoyed the pizza, wings and fried ravioli. The Provel Chicken Sandwich was fantastic. Thinking about going back again tonight.

This was our first time at Syberg’s. The restaurant has a dining room area and a cool bar area with frequent drink specials. We asked for a table in the dining room but the hostess suggested we sit in the bar(seat yourself). The service was quick and the room wasn’t crowded so we are glad we sat there. We ordered Helen’s Irish Nachos for an appetizer… AMAZING with the melted cheese and bacon all over the crisply sliced bakes potatoes. Def recommend! Ordered the chicken wrap(got the spicy mustard sauce on the side) and my guy got a bacon wrapped pork chop(came with 2 sides). The meat was so tender and juicy! I wanted to finish my wrap but liked the idea of leftovers so I took it home. For being a sports bar, Syberg’s definitely impresses with the drink specials, atmosphere, and extensive, delicious menu. We spent around $ 40 with tip. I’m sure we will go back at some point for another good meal.

Syberg’s on Dorsett is an interesting place. The place is huge and divided into different areas, with the bar up front, dining in back and it seems like event space on the sides. The menu is actually pretty diverse and they seem to have a little of everything. Staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely worth a shot in St. Louis.

I’ve been to Syeberg’s several times and finally decide to write a review. I like this place but I do not like the customer service this seem to be very slow. The last time I visited this place with some friends I ordered shark bites as appetizer. The bites were not bad but they were very greasy. Their hot wings and pizza is pretty good and the pecan salad is one my favorites. The portion size are fairly large so keep that in mind if you order a salad as your entrée. If you visit this place on the weekend be prepared to pay a cover charge when a band is playing. I don’t mind the cover charge but this place gets very crowded. If you like crowds this may be a good hang out but for me I prefer to have peace and quiet. They also offer outdoor seating which is great in the summer time and you should definitely check it out. I am rating it three stars because of their slow service. Otherwise I would give them four stars. But I don’t think this place is worthy of five stars in my opinion. It is your typical fried food type of restaurant.

Still VERY pleased with this place. I have been coming here every other month for the past 10 years with my partner at Shortcut Solutions(Josh) and with many clients and friends. Recently my friend John B(St. Louis Cardinals) and I came out for happy hour on St Patty’s day. It was great to sit in the newly remodeled bar(non-smoking) and enjoy some great acoustic Irish music and drink some Guinness. Il try to get back to it in another week if i can. I just need a solid excuse :) Anybody want to join me for a beer next week? — ha ha!

This place is kinda interesting to me. There is such a hype surrounding Syberg’s and their legendary«Shark Chunks» that you just want to try it for the sake of trying it. I have had their wings before at work functions and parties, and they are always pretty top notch, but the Shark Chunks were in my sights recently. We stopped in and I ordered an appetizer and the bites. The chucks were very good. They are a tasty shark meat with a dipping butter. I was not overly impressed, but still satisfied. They would have been better with the Cajun seasoning they offer in-house. I also had the quesadilla and a pizza. The pizza was nothing to write home about, but the quesadilla was wonderful. It was very loud inside… almost too loud. I don’t know if it’s my age or just adjusting preference, but I don’t like to have to scream at the guy across the table to hear what he has to say. The drink selection was good, but they had stopped stocking my favorite cider… Stella Cidre, and switched to Johnny Appleseed. That’s OK I suppose, especially since this won’t be a prime spot for me. It’s not bad at all, but it’s not my cup of tea.

So… I’ve been here about 5+ times. I was here last night because the Dirty Muggs were performing and they are awesome! You have to get there early for a seat because they pack the house. Any whoo… I tried a Pizza STL style w/Saugsage & Pepperoni along with the Syskins, each for the first time. Loved the pizza! It was true to the STL way of doing things. Will have it again. The Syskins… well, they weren’t quite my cup of tea. These are potato skins with chicken tossed in syberg sauce and a 4 cheese blend. I’m a potato lover and I also like the Syberg sauce, but the 2 together didn’t work for me. They weren’t nasty, just different. Try them and see for yourself.
