extremely disgusted in this placeI bought a brand new phone and it still wasn’t activated by 11 o’clock today so I went there to try and get it activated. the guy was very polite and quite a Salesman to mebut I was shocked at how rude you was with another customer. you help me activate my phone and put on a couple appsand tried very hard to sell me and my girlfriend a bunch of accessories. the only offered to give me $ 5 off of my success stories so I went to the store I bought my phone fromcuz they promise to give me a lot better deal on a chance to reason so I just spent so much money. so while I’m over the other store paying for this all the box cover for my phone he calls me up and asked me if I stole the OtterBox from his store. I told him no I didn’t I put it back on the shelf and then he accused me of taking
after buying the OtterBox and then two brand new tablets I want over and show them the receipts for all my stuff. he told me its out of his hands now he called the district manager and they’re going to do a count of the inventory tomorrow. and after short one OtterBox there’s going to be repercussions to me. I just spent around $ 500 in your store in the last two days not including on my girlfriend stuffand I’m pissed off and feel like taking everything back right now. Benjamin T Boyd is his name is very unprofessional and deserves to get fired in my opinion. I’m a general contractor I build houses I would not still no stupid little phone cover.

I stopped in because I was having stressful problems with my new phone. Sarah was very friendly and was quick to help me. I went out satisfied. To the point that I got to my vehicle, turned around and reentered the store to say THANK YOU.
