Great experience: had a dramatics at RadioShack but was well taken care of: Phone accepted, discounted case and an easy transfer. This is how EVERY sprint rep should treat customers

I have been into this«Sprint» store(Arch Telecom doing business for Sprint) quite a few times. The initial experience seems«good», but I always end up finding out later somehow I got ripped-off or my bill(plan) gets screwed up. The final straw was a few months ago when we went in for a new Iphone for my fiancé & they convinced us to add a «wifi hotspot device» to our plan so she could access the internet with her older Ipad. They neglected to tell us that all phones on our plan were already capable of «being a WIFI hotspot». I found this out from a friend that was more familiar with our phones than I was. When I realized this, and tried to take it back, they said it was«too late», past the time period for returning it, and besides that, Sprint charges $ 20 a month to use cell phones as «hotspots». Oh well, stuck paying for this thing for 2 years I guess + the $ 10 a month. A couple of weeks later I went into the Lynnwood store(a true«Sprint» store) on my lunch break looking for an IPADAIR. I mentioned my hotspot ordeal. The salesperson there said«Sprint does not charge extra to use your phone as a hotspot». He told me Marysville was mistaken. Went back to Mville and asked them to take it off my bill as Lynnwood said they couldn’t do anything about it there. Mville manager checked my account & said«no, Lynnwood is wrong», you are stuck with this device. Not content, I ended up calling Sprint where they confirmed there is no charge for using cell phones as hotspots & were kind enough to refund me for the hotspot device & apologized for the confusion. Needless to say, I will never go back to this 3rd party store. If you need a Sprint phone or plan info., go to a true Sprint store where they know what they’re doing.

Waste of my life. I walked in as a guaranteed sale, but wasn’t acknowledged at any point. I looked over brochures and at phones for about 10 minutes alone and then when asked for help was given rudeness and silence. Very awkward. Went to Radio Shack down the street and completed my purchase — they sell this carrier, all the good phones and all their plans.

THISONEDOESN’T DESERVEONESTAR… WASFORCEDTOUSEIT! So much to say… My fiancé and I went in there to get new phones, the experience in the store seemed fine. We got new phones, which we were happy about… However here is the problem. While getting the payment taken care, they sales woman(Stephanie) told us that if we filled out a bill pay form we would get 10% off our bill through SPRINT! HUGEMISTAKE– ITWAS A SCAM!!! She got my Fiancé’s checking account info and that is where the PROBLEMS began, however we didn’t realize it until a month later when our bill was NOT automatically deducted. At the same time, Dave’s account had been compromised. We put these two things together and contacted SPRINT and they said they DONOT offer such a deal– 10% off your bill. And furthermore we were NOT signed up for automatic bill pay. We contacted TONY«the manager» at Wireless to go and he was dismissive and acted like nothing like that would happen at his store. We contacted the SPRINT fraud department and NOTHING was even solved and no effort was put into compensation. BOOONWIRELESSTOGO– AVOID!!! And BOOONSPRINT– We will move to another wireless carrier ASAP like Verizon!
