Other than being give only fast food option in town it’s nothing too glamour over usually being a McDonald’s. But recently I went for a breakfast run on Christmas eve no less and the staff was great and give service was fast which these days is no longer a given. I give credit to this place for having a great staff and anyways welcoming considering its 2016 and our of the norm experience here. Oh and the food was correct, hot, and tasted pretty good as well.

It’s McDonald’s, so no expectations of high quality. I only go because my 6-year old likes Happy Meals. Why do I have to ask for ketchup and napkins in the drive-thru when my order contains fries? The fry container in my order never seems full. The service in the drive-thru is generally pretty fast.

My wife & I have stopped going to this restaurant. In better than 75% of our visits in the past year they got our order wrong. Sometimes it was a small thing (left ketchup on a sandwich we ordered without); other times they left one or more items out altogether. Early on our complaints were met with apologies & free items. Later complaints received an attitude from both employees and managers. It just wasn’t worth it.
All we asked is that they give us what we paid for. Now we drive to New Baden when we want McDonald’s.

Service was great, food was hot and as specially ordered. The dining room was clean as were the restrooms.
We ordered the McRib which the second one was only one dollar. Great buy! Mine was ordered with extra sauce, onions and pickles, mmmm!
Thanks for supper McDonalds! We will be back! So glad to see your employees had the day off for Thanksgiving yesterday! :)

The standard here, even more so than other McDonalds, it to only take your order as a general guideline as to what you want. They aren’t the ones who have to deal with a kid screaming because the place decided for them they wanted chicken nuggets (or nothing at all) instead of a cheeseburger.
If you go here, check your order before leaving.
