Even though they are usually super busy, everyone is nice and very helpful.

We’ve always been pleased with this Jo-​Ann. Not only is it clean and easy to find things, but the majority of the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. I’ve been to some craft stores where things are just thrown on the shelves at random and it’s impossible to find things, but such is not the case here.
It still has that awful fake pine cones and flowers smell that all craft stores have, but I suppose that can’t be avoided.
Jo-​Ann primarily stocks fabrics, yarns, knitting and related wares but they do have some other miscellaneous craft stuff. The checkout area is a bit of a maze too but not so bad once you get used to it. Hopefully this Jo-​Ann will stay nice for a good while — I or my husband often find ourselves doing something where we need various craft items or fabrics.

The smell of cinnamon pine cones was overwhelming. It took a long time to find someone to help me find what I was looking for but when someone showed up they were very friendly and walked me right to it.
