Love the upgrade on the burger; however, the cheese was hard around the edges like it gets when you leave it uncovered in the refrigerator.

Stopped by here on our way to a Reds game. Easy off and easy on I-71 from this location. The staff was extremely nice and the service was fast. We had a party of 8, and one mistake was made. Someone received a Diet Coke when they ordered a regular.

Standard experience for a Wendy’s. Nothing out of the ordinary in that the service was adequate, the timing was fine and the food tasted as expected.

7÷31÷2012 AGAIN!!! What is up with this Wendy’s and their attention to detail!?! I ordered a Caesar Side Salad… I made sure to enunciate clearly… I saw the salad come up on the screen. The drive thru guy even ASKED me this time what kind of dressing I wanted, and I told him the Lite Ranch. He repeated it, so I know he got it right. When I got to the office, I had a regular SIDESALAD(with a TON of carrots!, blech!) And this time I wasn’t given a receipt to PROVE what I ordered. These are minor errors, but it throws my entire lunch off when I’m not eating what I ordered. It is SO frustrating when you are typically accustomed to efficient service. But moving forward, I am going to literally check item for item on my order to ensure I got what I wanted. The last 4 times I’ve gone through this drive thru my order has been incorrect.
