Chick Fil A is iconic in the South and they moved up to Yankee land in Ohio. Chick Fil A is a the best fast food restaurant in the world I kid you not. The workers here are not as friendly as the Chick Fil A’s in Atlanta but the the food is still great. Waffle friends and a chicken sandwich with the Chick Fil A sauce cannot be beat especially for the price. They have great shakes as well. I have family in Mason OH so this place is close by, I come here every now and again. Mason Montogmery has really bad traffic so avoid this place around rush hour but its still a great place to eat at.

So I was just minding my own business in line ordering some food with my friend Roberto and this male signals us to lane 2, we duck so we aren’t detected, but he insists. We shrug and go on with lane 2. This man proceeds to take our order, he not only asks for our order once but in fact 4 times and still can’t work the iPad with the life proof case. He then gets the first order right but takes rounded up to 16 times to swipe the card. Now it’s time for my food, he proceeds to take 6 minutes to figure out where the avocado ranch condiment button is. After he finally gets the order correct (I thought) he says «my pleasure» before we could even say thank you. We then pulled up to the window to pay in cash for my order and the man drops my change before he can hand it to me, then I opened my bag to be quite surprised that my order was in tact (I thought again). BUT NO HE DID NOT PUT CHICK FIL A SAUCE IN MY BAG THAT I ASKED FOR 4 TIMES SPECIFICALLY!!! I HAVE NEVER FELT SO MUCH RAGE I PULLED OVER THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND SAT THERE ASKING WHAT I DID WRONG TO DESERVE FRIES WITHOUT CHICK FIL A SAUCE.

The reason I give this place a ⁴⁄₅ is because A.) the parking lot is way to small to hold all these cars and have 2 drive-thrus…B.) it took a long time for my food to come out :(other then that the place was very good! Good atmosphere, friendly workers, night lighting and seats. Just fix the two problems with the thing and this place is gold!

I always love chick fil a and this one is no different. The drive through line is crazy at lunchtime, but the wait inside is manageable. My go-​to meal is the spicy chicken sandwich. I love that it is obviously a whole chicken breast, good breading, and the perfect amount of kick for me. Service is always fast and friendly.

Love the food here but today I could not order anything at drive thru due to the closure of my lane. I was informed by a young man that the second lane for drive thru was being closed. He told us to go back out and come back in and get in the first lane that was of course very backed up. Now, I sat in the second lane for 20 plus minutes. I was on my lunch hour. How can they run a business like this with this customer service. I called into the store and spoke with a woman named Elizabeth that said she was a supervisor and all she did was apologize for my inconvenience and then I said why are you treating customers this way and this was not a way to do business. She said to me what do you want me to do for you. I told her never let this level of service happen again. So many customers in line were so angry. I called the franchise owner to notify him of this bad service action and lack of care from the store supervisor I called. My lunch hour was ruined. No lunch for me today.

Love this place. The food is consistently good and the service is excellent! Chick fil-​a is doing it right! I just wish they still had the carrot raisin side!

Always fantastic service! They truly have gone above and beyond for me many times! We come so often that they know us. My favorites are Alice and Barbara. Alice is one of the most intuitive, service-​oriented employees and goes out of her way to meet our needs (before we even know we have them). She is amazing! Barbara is the sweetest too and has always been so kind. I know that when they are on duty, I never have to worry about getting my food to my table or getting refills. The service is beyond what most sit-​down restaurants offer.
I love to eat almost everything here. My go-​to drink is an Arnold Palmer (with unsweet tea) and, let’s face it, I could eat their chicken about any time of the day.
I wish breakfast was served all day because I could go for their egg bagel all day.
This place is my second home.

Come on everyone & anyone who has ever had a Chicken sandwhich here will no longer be able to live without it. It is the juiciest thing ever! All meat little breading, buttery bun… Well you name it.
But WHY A 5 STAR??? Well its the service ofcourse! In such a busy avenue like Mason Montgomery you would think that a 20 cars line would take 20 mins (at least). But it doesnt. They are ready with 2 (sometimes 3) drive thru lanes & kids running with your orders. I bet it is crazy for them but for the customers we are just happy to have our meal hot & in less than 3 minutes.
Ohhh & the cherry on top? It has an indoor park that my kiddo loves. Rainy day? Bored? Lets hit the indoor park for free!!!

Chick-​fil-​a is always delicious and always a good choice. Period.
I’ve gone to many other locations that were located deeper into the south. It seems the further down the eastern coast you go, the more that «southern hospitality» shines. This Ohio location lacked the same quality customer service. I’m not saying the cashier was the worst, but she definitely could’ve been a bit nicer. We did have a group of six ordering — some who had never been there before — which can be frustrating, sure. STILL… there was also zero line at the time — absolutely nobody else waiting.
A couple of the orders had minor screw ups. Pickles on an order that had requested for none. That juice seeps into the bun and can really screw with the taste if you don’t like sour green juice everywhere.
Other than that, the dining room was clean and stocked. The food was hot and they were moderately quick to get it out. However, we weren’t asked if we wanted any sauces, so we didn’t get that famous chick-​fil-​a sauce for the waffle fries :(
Obviously I’ll be going back though, because I can’t stay away from those chicken sandwiches. I’ll just hopefully never have to go to this one I’m Ohio again.

LoOooOoOve their spicy chicken sandwich! With the special ChickFilA sauce — amazing! Not really a fan of their fries though. Very friendly staff like any CFA location. Great service.

Chick-​Fil-​A is my go-​to place for lunch. Don’t let the lines keep you away, they are great at prompt service and fast delivery.
If I am driving — 8 piece nuggets with waffle fries and lemonade. Sit-​down I like the chicken sandwich or spicy chicken.

I come here 3 – 4 times per week usually for breakfast but for lunch as well always good food, always great service, some even know me by name greart friendly service id give 10 stars if they had

Haven’t ever been a huge fan of Chik Fil A, but this location does an amazing job during the lunch rush. There’s hardly ever a line to order, and the food is usually ready by the time you pay. Super fresh food, and friendly staff.

I have to say, this Chick-​Fil-​A ROCKS! This location is always super duper friendly and treats everyone with such kindness, it’s really quite amazing.
I stop in here every now and then for lunch, because I just love their nuggets, and well the sandwiches, and okay… the lemonade too.
I see the same faces when I am going through the drive through — which is always busy — but moves very quickly and you don’t see a lot of turn over here, which is nice. But seriously, the service is fantastic!

I might not like Chick-fil-A’s politics but I love their food. This location is consistent with others. I have only had drive-​through so can’t comment on the interior or face-​to-​face customer service.

I may not 100% agree with every political stand Chick-​fil-​A takes, but they make a fantastic sandwich. The chicken in their sandwiches not pressed meat but rather breaded chicken breast– which makes a huge difference for taste and texture. The fries and coffee are pretty good here.
The service at this location is fantastic. Employees are always very friendly and professional. As a plus they have treats for puppies riding in cars going through the drive through :) Chick-​fil-​A is a very friendly stop.

I’ve never had breakfast here before… It’s pretty tasty! Turns out it’s free at this location for the ENTIRE month of March!!! ONLY between the hours of 0530 – 0700. See you tomorrow morning!

Every time I visit this Chick-​fil-​A I see very familiar, friendly faces. The workers here are great. You’d think a fast food place has steady turnover, but not this place. I always see the same people, week after week. It creates a feeling that these people must like working here and are happy to be here. Happy workers mean a happy restaurant, and that’s where I want to be.
I almost always order the spicy chicken sandwich with the pepper jack cheese. It’s delicious. I like to pay for «upsizing» only the fries on a combo meal (which they let you do) because you can keep the drink at its regular size and get free refills.
I hardly ever do the drive-​thru here because it just seems faster to go in and order. They recently put a line divider in front of the registers, making it easier to know who is in line, who is waiting for food, and who is trying to get condiments. Smart move!

I love this particular Chick-​fil-​A for the indoor playland that my 2 boys (ages 1 & 4) can enjoy while we’re there for lunch. I’ve loved Chick-​fil-​A since I was a teenager and 9 times out of ten I’m getting my favorite, chicken strips and beloved waffle fries and ALWAYS large sweet tea. Their sweet tea is truly southern sweet tea and I would know since I am a Georgia peach.
I think Chick-​fil-​A stands out due to their juicy, well-​seasoned chicken and their secret ingredients, marinating their chicken in pickle juice (bet you didn’t know that) and frying in peanut oil. If you’re in the mood for quick, delicious, succulent chicken but only have time for fast food, stop by Chick-​fil-​A and you won’t be disappointed!
