McDonald’s

I’m really disappointed. I ordered two frozen lemonades. I had to ask for a carrier. The carrier looks like it was used. I just noticed that one of the drinks was so full I couldn’t even get a straw into it. It’s leaking everywhere… I’m very disappointed. Very disappointed in deed

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this McDonalds. Today was my third and last time trying. I ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks and a mcchicken combo added cheese. The cheese that I paid for was forgotten. Marinara sauce was not there and the chzeaticks& fries were old and cold. I was told he could replace the same which we could do nothing about my cheese sticks with the missing marinara sauce. Were talking about $ 6 so its not the money. Its the fact that I left work to get lunch in a snowstorm and had my time and money wasted then was told theres nothing he could do unless I came back. leaving work again… in a snowstorm so they could fix the sandwich over. Only. Smh next time ill stop at culvers or white castle if id like cheese stix. I’ll never patron this establishment again and think they need some customer service training. 0 star rating. Corporate need to get down there.

It doesn’t matter what time of the day I go to this McDonald’s. Always great customer service and food guaranteed to be hot and fresh!

The only thing I can count on with this location is that they will provide rude service at the drive through window and get my order wrong. The convenience of the location is why I have frequented it more than once. I call in for the survey on my receipt and tell the corporation about my experiences but have yet to see a change in their quality. Stay away unless you are in a rush and don’t care about great customer service AND getting what you ordered.

Ordered two coffees, one for my son and one for me, their was a wait so we where contemplating giving a bad review… But you employ people with disabilities… So we can’t… Either way, kudos to you!
