Walmart

This is the WORST store ever!!! The items were out of place and strewn all over the shelves, the workers were all standing around and laughing, not informative at all when asked a question about a particular product. I’m sure EVERY worker is not on the same scheduled break. I will never, ever waste my precious time, or money in this store again! YUCK!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would.

WORST WALMART EVER!!! My friend was in the store shopping, so I stopped in… as I got in, she was in line… so there was alcohol in her cart, the dumb African cashier asked for my ID and not hers… I said «for what?» She say this is liquor, I said «yea but I just got here and I’m not buying it.» So after I argued with her, I asked for a Manager and they got a supervisor… so she settled the issue…
Then the last time we went in the store, she was talking to us like come on to my line… and kept talking… ugh I felt like it was harassment… I should’ve recorded her

This store is crap. Woman named Sherie argued about price. She was wrong. She brought up tag that shows the price that rang up, which is wrong. Website shows correct price, which is what I saw on the shelf, but i couldn’t show them because cell coverage doesn’t exist in Hell-​Mart. I believe she lied.

This is my local Walmart and I go there a lot as I will buy from the lowest price vendor and don’t let politics affect shopping decisions. That said, as Walmarts go, this one is pretty mediocre. They really have a problem restocking shelves. Time and time again I’ve looked for items I know they carry but find the spot on the shelf empty. It’s probably all back in the stock room as Walmart’s computers send out more stock when they run low.
(That’s how they surpassed places like K-​Mart years ago. Now they are so large they can pretty much dictate supplier prices but it wasn’t always that way. It was their extreme efficiency and early use of computers that got them ahead.)
Walmart has been in the news in the last few years about their stocking problems. They are so frugal about employee hours that they simply don’t have the people to keep the shelves stocked. But that affects all their stores. I do go regularly to other Walmarts and don’t see the same problems as much as at this one.
I tend to think the management here is maybe not the best. Did Bartonville (HQ) tell them to pack up the entire stationary /​office supply department and move to the back corner by crafts and sewing supplies? And then shortly thereafter move it all back? How many employee hours did they blow on that? Are they giving short shrift to restocking because they are having to make up for that bonehead move?

I went here, and a worker hit my car. When I informed him he hit my car he started threatening me. I had to call the police. The only thing that keeps me coming to this walmart is margrett.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms!!! Toilets filled, sticky floor, horrendous smell… this is why I avoid public bathrooms. My usual hunt for a good deal was greatly affected.

Not my favorite national retailer. I don’t like that they forced smaller stores with better quality out of business. Usually cluttered and merchandise is not too good.

walmart is amazing! the people there are my kinda people! i love cookies but not from walmart they taste humAn hair, not that i would know! have you met the people that live by doors, they make me squeez there legs and it feels like face hole (again i dont know what that feels like) thoose free bananas by the apple arent acually bananas at all… they are squash but i like it.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because when I went there last time they didn’t have or sold binders. It’s still my favorite place to shop at though.

No reviews yet? That’s too bad. This Wal-​Mart is excellent for its location. The next locations are down 57 in the Bradley/​Bourbonais area, a few miles up 57 in Country Club Hills (Gatling Square Mile), and in Orland Hills. The aisles are wide (except most of the grocery and health care sections). The store is usually pretty clean. I sometimes noticed things on the ground, but I just put them back in the proper places, peacefully without complaining about it. Generally, the store is awesome.
There are always employees around to help you find what you are looking for. The cashiers that I had are friendly and can carry a conversation with. Security is never an issue. There is always someone watching the store. The guards greet customers too that walk in and out. I also like the diversity of the people too. It’s more than refreshing to see different kinds of people shopping here. This store is very beneficial to Matteson and I know it always does great business. Always low prices, always great customer service, always happiness. Always.
