Very rude and unprofessional employees. The manager likes to yell at customers. The female cashiers were all in the lobby talking to guys like they were about to leave and go hook up. And the food was subpar even for fast food standards.

I made the mistake of visiting this Wendy’s because it is close to my home and know now to go out of my way to eat elsewhere. My food was cold — my fries were limp and greasy, my sauce on my sandwich was more in the wrapper than on the chicken and my drink was handed to me with the lid halfway on. The disaster of the window person handed me my drink and it spilled down my door. All she did was HAND me some napkins. Wouldn’t refill what spilled out and didn’t apologize. Worst visit ever!

I purchased a Ciabatta Chicken Sandwich on May 19, 2014, from the Wendy’s in Matteson. After eating several bites, I noticed that the chicken breast was RAW. I became sick with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating and a fever, which was evident I had food poisoning. This went on for several days. I took the sandwich back to the restaurant and the manager started to examine the sandwich as if it was an episode of CSI. Will not be eating at Wendy’s again!!! EVER! EVER! EVER!
