I went here after seeing it featured on Guy Fieri’s show, Diners, Drive-​Ins and Dives. He seemed to love it so I thought it was worth a try since I was on the island. I went here around noon on a Thursday and the woman who was working was talking on her phone most of the time I was there although she took a moment to get my order and go back to chatting. Their menu is pretty simple so I didn’t have any questions for her luckily. I ended up getting the cheese pizza and my Mom got the Lilikoi Pork. After she was done on the phone she chatted with us while finishing up our order. She seemed nice and apologized for being on the phone which I appreciated. We took the pizzas to-​go as it was about 80 degrees outside. They were a decent size, but probably wouldn’t fill you up if you wanted a good size lunch after surfing or being active all morning. They weren’t as spectacular as I was expecting but still a good option if you want a decent lunch for 10 bucks.

If you’re thinking, «why get pizza in Maui!?» just know this spot has Hawaiian flavors in almost all its pizzas!
It’s Fantastic and it was an incredible and fun moment that was a very memorable lunch with family!
Stick to fish and local Hawaiian cuisine. But if your craving a pizza or burger — you’ll absolutely want to stop by this place!

Incredible pizza. We had the three cheese, the buffalo, and the mushroom truffle and they were all INCREDIBLE. The crust is out of this world and the ingredients are so fresh. Can’t wait to go back.

This place or food truck was hard to find because it was a outside yellow food truck. Wood fire pizza was excellent. Laura is super helpful and nice. Free drinks with pizza. Fast pizza and super fresh.

We stopped by for lunch, brought some beers, and absolutely loved it. We highly recommend this stop to anyone and everyone looking for a good pie. Kevin was awesome, we could have stayed all afternoon to just hang and chat. Swing bye, grab a bite, and enjoy! Hot and fresh from the oven! Fantastic pizzas!

Saw them on Diners, Drive-​ins and Dives. I saw the guy store the dough in a garbage bag. Those are coated with chemicals not fit for consumption. Read the labels on your bags. I emailed them about it and they ignored it. I’ll never eat their food.

Light and crispy crust! Simple fresh ingredients make for some of the best pizza in south Maui. The smokey flavor of the brick oven with burning kiawe wood really makes for a great tasting pizza.

Great pizza at a great price! Unique mobile setup. This will be a place we eat at next time we are here.

Wood stove pizza from a food truck! Had three different pizzas and they were all great in different ways. $ 10 a pizza, 11 inches.

Great brick oven pizza.
We had the pork pizza and pepperoni.
Staple pepperoni pizza was spot on. Not greasy, right amount of pep and cheese.
Pork pizza was a local favorite, it had onions and a sweet sauce. Was hesitant at first because it sounded like it would be too sweet but was balanced nicely.
Laura was an excellent host, answered all our dumb tourist questions and gave us some local hints.
Don’t shy away because the mall looks abandoned, the pizza is worth the stop.

Lauren was great, providing a calm and inviting atmosphere. The pizza was as amazing as the service; we ordered Lilikoi Pork, Spicy Buffalo Chicken and Spinach Delight which I would definitely recommend. With Outriggers, you’ll have one of the best food truck experiences ever, guaranteed.

Laura is super awesome! We came by here one afternoon after hitting a nearby beach and the kids were starving. She made a quick thin crust cheese pizza for them and even taught them about the baking process. She let them watch her roll out the dough, sauce it, top it, bake it and throw the leftover flour to the birds! She made our entire party feel welcome (even though their truck is in the middle of a parking lot). The kids (and adults) all ate the pizza — great dough! It was cooked perfectly in their wood-​fired mobile oven!

Saw the great reviews on this place and had to check it out. I had the cheddar mushroom and it was fantastic! Really great, friendly service and had some awesome convo with the guy working while I waited for the pizzas. I’m sure I’ll be back before we head back home!

Pizza’s are made with love here. We had the supreme, Italian and Lilikoi Pork. They were all very good.
What made it special however was Laura who was super sweet and passionate about her pies. Unbeknownst to us, we passed the opening hours but Laura never rushed us and made us feel very welcome. To top it off, she gave us some great recommendations for our next Maui Trip. Outrigger is VERY lucky to have her! Thanks Laura, we’ll be back!

Saw the truck earlier in the week when passing through Kihei and didn’t think much of it it. Decided to get pizza on one of my last nights in Maui and looked to Unilocal for suggestions. When I saw the photos and realized it was the same truck I previously passed, I decided I had to try it. When I got there, Laura was busily crafting 10 pizzas for a couple who had no idea they had ordered from a food truck. She graciously let me know there were a few pizzas ahead of me, apologized, and asked if I minded waiting. I was in no rush, so of course I didn’t mind. I sat down to check out the menu and noticed the recently minted art on the truck, photo attached. Oddly enough my friend had just texted me that she had seen Guy at one of the resort restaurants saying he was filming his last season of DDD. So while patiently waiting, Laura said the show had recently been by to shoot their truck for an upcoming show– and deservedly so! When I finally got back to my condo with a still hot supreme pizza minus the mushrooms about 30 minutes later, it was well worth the wait! I love a good wood fired pizza and this didn’t disappoint. The crust was both perfectly chewy and crunchy, with the outer rim bubbled around a just generous enough portion of sauce, toppings, and fresh cheese. Each bite was savory and delicious! Thanks Laura for one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! And can’t wait to see you guys on DDD when it airs!

We were very excited to try the pizza here. The location is quite unassuming as it is in a parking lot just by itself. They have about 7– 9 varieties of pizza. We took the spicy buffalo chicken pizza to go and ate it in our hotel.
The pizza was actually very bland & chewy and we could not even finish it all. Definitely this place didn’t live upto our expectations.

I feel bad writing a review for a place I haven’t tried — it seems unfair, but I was really disappointed that this pizza place wasn’t around when they’re open 7 days a week. I even tried to call the guy — no answer :(
A Facebook where he updates his customers when he is and isn’t around would be nice.

This is the best pizza in South maui. Both times I went, the person making the pizza was very kind and pleasant. After my meal, he said the Texas slogan as farewell. Who cares? I do, cause he was actually listening when he engaged me in conversation.
Don’t let the foodstand appearance fool you. It’s a good pizza. This and Flatbread were my favorites on the island.
Do not fund American chain pizza places when this is so much better. If you want a greasy pie, ask for extra extra cheese.

We really enjoyed the pizza here. The experience of having it prepared and cooked right in front of us was awesome and what made it a 5 star experience. The owner’s stepson was manning the truck on S Kihei St since the newer fancy setup was out for an event. We didn’t catch his name, but he was really friendly.
You can tell they love what they do! It’s not exactly clear where it’s located but if you look for the pizza flag at the end of the parking with the Starbucks, you won’t have any trouble finding it.
