My fav place to eat at in mays landing. Order your free GARLICBREAD the minute you walk in, the best thing in the world. My kids favorite is the shrimp fondue and the unlimited chips. Very cheesy and lots of shrimp. Don’t order the Thai phoon shrimp. It used to be my favorite but it’s way too salty now. Too soggy, just not right. Very disappointed because I order spicy mayo shrimp at every restaurant. Get the salad bar because the kids will be waiting a long time. Order more garlic bread I usually order the mini burgers for my kids I get the Parmesan shrimp pasta. It’s small. I actually finish mine and I never finish pasta at any restaurant. Order more garlic bread. Oh and try the raspberry ice tea, it has the seeds and raspberry chunks. Free refills

One word or two or three lol this place is fucking awesome I would stop there but I’m not going to, the steak is amazingly good and you can choose two sides with your entrée one of them being the unlimited salad bar which is awesome cool environment average entrée price will run about $ 15 not bad at all and to top it of large long island ice teas $ 6 fucking dollars and I mean a tall ass glass of quality stuff not the premade bullshit you get at your neighborhood bar $ 6 dollars folks no kidding. Is now one of my favorite spots and the ladies love it.

Always a nice time, polite and attentive service matched with a diverse menu that is sure to appeal to any individual or group who spends at least one occasion here. Try the Asian Dumplings with their spicy peanut sauce — they’re a perfect appetizer.

Chain review: I hate to rate chain restaurants on the same scale as other restaurants so I’m starting out every chain restaurant review with this statement: The review is based on a comparison with other chain restaurants and a 4 star on a chain review does not equal that of some of my other 4 star ratings. I haven’t eaten in Ruby Tuesday’s in awhile, but recently have been there twice. The food is very good and it’s not overly expensive. The staff is always friendly and you have a wide variety of choices on the menu and from the bar. The place is clean and you’re not right up against other people. Very good overall.

My husband and I were in Mays Landing, NJ(from Pomerene, AZ) for a week visiting family and decided to go to the mall for lunch. We hadn’t been to Ruby Tuesdays for many years. We had the Soup and Salad Bar. Wow! The selection of items to go on your salad was amazing. We had choice of three soups, chose Broccoli Cheese, it was really good. Little herb rolls were really good too. We will definitely go back. Not sure if there is one in Tucson, AZ, but we’ll look.

Major improvements to the menu and bar. The wines are worth trying and they offer a taste if you want. It’s loacted in the mall but, still worth it just to go for the sake of eating. Typical menu choices from the ‘TGI Fridays’-esque chain, but with cooler options. I didnt’t like the lobster that came with my seafood sampler I had gotten, but no matter everything else was good and certainly not a deterrant. Love the salad bar, always will. Get the cupcakes! You get 4 and it’s damn worth it. oh my goodness are they good. So worth it. Basically: shop your booty off and eat there!

Change for the worse Ruby Tuesday used to be awesome. It was far and above the best in breed for its chain restaurant cohort. Someone in their ranks prompted a major change to their business model, closing restaurants and minimizing their offerings, and now it is not a destination for us. Specifically, there are no more RT locations in Washington State, where we live. It was a rude awakening when we pulled through the parking lot on a road trip and saw it all empty. Their salad bar is a shadow of its former self. They did away with the bulk of their prepared offerings, opting for just buckets of condiments and sliced tomatoes instead of cherry/grape tomatoes. And the food is bad in a corporate kind of way. They now have these cheese biscuits that they hand out at tables, and it’s just sad. The change seems to have come via a consultant they hired to squeeze more money out of their business. The food is clearly now cheaper to produce, not as good, and more expensive. They’ve branded themselves as «fresh», but the food isn’t. The cheese biscuits are the new freebie, clearly the product of some always-loaded gun of muffin batter devised to hook fatties into picking RT over the other 4 chain restaurants in the mall parking lot. Get your money back from your consultant, you lost us as customers. Specific to this particular location, we stopped on a trip to the airport from a Jersey beach vacation. The aforementioned menu changes took us by surprise, and terrible service made the discovery impossible to tolerate. Our quick lunch turned into an insufferable marathon of flubs. My wife’s lunch went to another table, my vegetables were a greasy, burnt mess, and the downsized salad bar didn’t fill the holes. We left asking for the check with the following sentence«Please, get us out of here. I just want to be back in my car.» If you haven’t been there in a while, don’t go. They’re stock value is close to its all-time low, and it’s just going to get worse if they get bought by another chain. It’s bad, I’m intentionally not being harsh because I feel bad for their hapless management. Bottom Line: This used to be our favorite place, now it’s a huge disappointment. It’s not worth your time, much less your money.

Consistently good food, and salad bar is a big plus. Also had takeout from here on Mothers Day and it was delicious! My only complaint is that the booths for 2 have very small seats with the table very close. This might be tricky for bigger people.

Christmas shopping for the kids leaves a person famished and RT’s ht the spot. As far as chains go, Ruby Tuesday is a good deal. The salad bar is RAD. Lots of yummy choices… all that you would expect and more. Love it. Awesome drink menu… certainly not a bargain, but runs about average these days. My Pomegranate Margarita was lischy. Food is well prepared and tasty, but also not a bargain and portions are not heaping. I had the salad bar, crab cake, grilled asparagus and mashed cauliflower and still had room for dessert. My honey and I shared a blondie and ice cream… the was actually my least favorite part of the meal. But the fresh(at two in the afternoon– yay!) MONSTER cups of coffee finished us off right. Server was attentive, but not up our ass, so that was awesome. On the downside, it was cold as heck in the restaurant and the music was annoying. It was a weird mix of top 40, Christmas and doo-wop. We were right under the speaker and some of the music made me want to shoot myself. Thankfully, my gorgeous sweetheart’s face and a tasty margarita gave me solace and I chose life.

Whenever I am in the area I stop in to grab a quick lunch or an extended dinner. They have typical Appleby’s, TGIFridays, Chili’s, type of food. They have good food and service and well within anyone’s price range.

Good selection, reasonable prices, quality food, and not your run-of-the mill chain.

Ruby Tuesdays never fails to leave me satisfied and happy. As far as chain restaurants go, Rubys is exceptional. They always have an amazing salad bar and a unique menu. The jumbo lump crab cakes are right on par with crab cakes from many top quality jersey shore establishments. I HIGHLY recommend them as their food is of excellent quality and the menu has LOTS of options. I am not very happy with the fact that the menu always changes and the prices keep going up. a $ 2 price increase on my favorite dish in the last 2 years is not something that a chain restaurant should have to do. I think they are trying to transition from the TGIF/Applebees market to something more upscale. I would frequent more often if they did this without the price increases.

Kinda like TGIFridays but worst! Service was mediocre. Food was blah and check was more than I expected.
