Horrible. I took my clothes here and the came back smelling terrible, significantly worse than when I turned them in. There is something wrong with the cleaning products they use. They are also very expensive. There are a number of good dry cleaners nearby who return your clothes smelling clean and fresh, not disgusting and unwearable. You would do better just to rewear the dirty clothes than use Le Valet. Save your money and your clothes, go somewhere else.
