The place smells like smoke, they always take a long time to give you the food. The boneless wings are nasty they look like pieces of chicken breast cut with a fork and my waitress was to busy squatting by a table talking to some guy. My advice to you, Make your own wings at home. I’m sure they will come out better.

Don’t ever get boneless wings. I guess I should blame myself for not sticking to regular wings. They should call them «boneless tiny little dry nuggets». They tasted bad, and had no meat. I also ordered fried mushrooms, which were also tiny. Very disappointed with food. Our server was great. At least they got something right.

Horrible service! The place stinks which is I’m sure mainly due to the smoking in the bar area, this is the main reason I left. Also the girl behind the bar looks like she could think of plenty of places she would rather be. Average service but no personality AT ALL. Not even a half smile. Long story short, I came in for beer and some wings, I drank my one beer then left. I travel for work so I go to A LOT of places, my real picky. This is a place I will not go back to, too many other good options on the area.

Food is great, took around 10 mins to get served.
Whoever the place smells like kids running around without shoes! Horrible smell!
You do get used to the smell after some minutes.

NEEDS to have better service. Food takes too long to be delivered and sometimes it’s not even done correctly. I’ve been there 5 – 6 times and every time I go I have had to get up and ask «where is the waitress»

Typical BWs. I think it was our waiter’s 1st day because he was a bit slow but everyone has a first day.
Tried the new Marty Gras sauce. Not a big fan. ‘Olé Caribbean Jerk was delish, though.
Coleslaw will be a pass next time. Beers are fair price. Mixed drinks a but spendy. But really… Who gets mixed drinks at BWs?

Carryout order review.
It wasn’t busy and the cashier was friendly and prompt. She took our menu orders and confirmed them. One from our group ordered a crapload of food so I’m not blaming them on how long it took.
When we got back to the hotel we were ready to take down some wings. It’s nice when everyone gets different sauces so we can trade and sample a variety. No complaints from anyone about getting an incorrect order. They maybe could have put more napkins in the bag, though.
I’m worried about coming back to check out the dining room since folks apparently tend to complain about the service. I might have to catch a game if I’m still in town.

The wings here are not as good as in Wingstop, but BWW has a great atmosphere and is a good place to bring friends. I came here for lunch and they have tasty lunch combos competitive price-​wise with fast food restaurants.

At this particular location a friend and I waited to be seated for a very long time and finally sat ourselves. Then waiter by waiter they just passed our table without even acknowledging us. We ended up leaving after being ignored for 30 minutes.
There are other wing restaurants in the valley. My past few negative experiences at buffalo wild wings have caused me to go to other chains.
Only reason they get 2 stars is the food is good when you can get it.
