Chick-fil-A

If you can find a chicken sandwich that matches the ones at Chick Filet, I’d give them a shot. If you can find that AND the service, price, store atmosphere, I’ll camp out on their doorstep. I’ve been going to various Chick Filets for years. The quality of the food is top notch. I will continue to go to Chick Filet for their service. This company has it together. When the manger is not only ensuring his staff is courteous and efficient, then is out cleaning tables, greeting customers, and asking if your order is good, I’m impressed. Please support your local Chick Filet. Not only for the great food and service, but also for the Company values.

Chick-​fil-​A is certainly NOT your average fast food restaurant. Here’s the scoop:
The food is delicious and exceeded my expectations. Chicken had a great taste and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the lettuce served on my sandwich was fresh, green leaf lettuce!!! I loved that I could get coleslaw in lieu of fries, especially since the slightly creamy coleslaw was freakin’ awesome. The lemonade was fresh squeezed! There were free refills too!!!
The restaurant was clean and comfy and there were even fresh flowers on the table. The line was long, but things moved along quickly and our food arrived hot and fresh in just a few minutes. There were a few managers right in the midst of everything keeping things running smoothly. Customer service was on target.
Thank goodness the line for the drive through is super long because this could easily become a habit!!!

Over the last year this has become the best Chic-​fil-​a in the area. Most of the workers are incredibly kind and helpful there is one girl manager who is not helpful but the rest are awesome. The place is always clean and has fresh flowers on the table. I also like that they have salt and pepper shakers. There is always someone coming around asking if they can help you with something. It just seems like they care and put that extra effort into their customer service. The only drawback at this chic-​fil-​a is that it does not have a play area for kids.

My family absolutely LOVES Chick-​Fil-​A — all the employees are always so courteous, smiling & helpful.

I don’t eat a lot of fast food, but when I do, it’s usually at Chik Fil A. (I mostly get the grilled chicken sandwich). My family and I stopped in on a Saturday recently and they were having a daddy and daughter dinner, it was very fancy and cute. They had linen tablecloths and flowers out. We were able to dine in the back area, separate from the event. The food was good and a worker even stopped by to ask us if everything was ok with our food and he refilled our sodas. It was more like eating at a regular restaurant than fast food.
I think it is wonderful that they have events geared towards strengthening families. I hope they have a mommy and sons dinner, I would love to attend with my boys. And more businesses should be closed on Sundays so families can spend more time together.

Typical CFA grub, this spot has it down. I can’t recall them ever getting my order wrong over the years. The staff is always courteous, and friendly. My favorite CFA in McAllen.
