Too expensive… seriously I cannot believe the prices. When I ate Red Lobster as a child I. San Antonio it was really good. I haven’t eaten Red Lobster since as I usually cook our own seafood. But I wanted lobster. The rockport lobster was too rubbery and our waitress was semi-rude and forgetful. Kind of like«hurry up, I hate my life». The only item that tasted okay was the shrimp scampi, however all the food was salty yet bland. And the entire place was filled with senior citizens(like 80 and above) making me wonder if they’re there for the blandness. I will never return and prefer to go next door to any other restaurant.

Lobster fest! My lobster was two bites, and overlooked. Shrimp served with it was done perfectly and green beans were fresh and crisp. Ordered an Unsweet tea, and the server brought a sweet tea. Let him know, and he brought another sweet tea. Argh! It’s 8:45 pm, restaurant is practically empty, and the service leaves something to be desired. Would hate to see how service is during the dinner rush. Price was too high for the quantity and quality. Won’t be back.

I think we all know how the food is at red lobster so this review is based on customer service. From the person to greet you on the front door until you leave the restaurant, the service we experienced in this branch has been one of the best here in the Rgv. The manager took his time to speak with us and the servers were great and attentive.

Awesome dining experience at the bar. Smiley was charming and his drinks were superb! My salad presentation was amazing.

Food is really good, what you’d expect from Red Lobster. Enjoyed the thin crust lobster pizza(put Tabasco on it!) And my date loved her lobster taco plate. Would come again.

Food was fine. This review is for about 2 years ago. I was in McAllen for work and we went here for lunch. Just a warning, this city on Mondays has god awful traffic. It seemed that no one worked and they were all out driivng around or at the mall. Well anyways. We got here and it took us 2 hrs to get out of that place. We didnt order anything extravagant but the waiter was ungodly slow. I love Red Lobster just not when it takes that long.
