Went in for an update. Tim Natzke was great. Went over all options with me easing me into the fact that you now have to pay full price for the iphone.

When we walked into the AT&T store in McHenry, we brought with us a complicated situation. We have a business account with AT&T and wanted to add products, delete products that we weren’t using and update our plan. It seemed overwhelmingly complicated to us but Catherine took care of it all and never broke a sweat. She was calm, knowledgeable, fun and engaging. Usually, when we have to handle a complicated issue for business like this, we kind of dread it. Once we were in Catherine’s hands, we actually enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend this AT&T location (and in particular, Catherine) for your mobile phone issues and questions. Five stars all of the way!
