This was my first visit to a Ben & Jerry’s store in Texas.(I’d only been to ones in California before.) What’s funny is I had no idea that they’d been here for a couple years even though I’d been to the Cristina’s just a few hundred yards away. Thanks to a banner on the back of the buildings facing Eldorado Pkwy at 75, I now know they’re here and will make the occasional visit(since I live about 45 minutes away). The store seemed a little on the dingy side, so could probably use a little sprucing up, but other than that the employees were very friendly and helpful and the ice cream yummy and flavorful — as you would expect from this brand. The waffle cones are messy as usual, evidenced by my husband’s double-scoop cone dripping and disintegrating at a slow but steady pace(thank goodness we were outside). However, my waffle bowl didn’t have those problems, so kudos to whoever thought that up for the advance in edible-ice-cream-container technology!

this location is always very dirty. I don’t know why the tables are never bussed, because I have never seen them busy. I can understand if a place is jammed pack and the tables are grimy, but not when it is crickets inside. Anyway, the ice cream is good of course it is Ben and Jerry’s. I would buy it at Market Street, take it home, and enjoy it in the cleanliness of your own home.

We purchased two TINY single scoops of ice cream, one with a miniature cone… total was OVER $ 10.00. I’m sorry, but that is so ridiculous. What a major kick in the stones. Nothin irritates me more than getting ripped off. Not to mention the fact that the store was so disgustingly dirty inside. The floor was so dirty with food smeared on it, table and counter tops sticky, just disgusting. They have their toppings on display in these tiny clear boxes that look like they haven’t been cleaned since the building was built. Because of that experience I’ll never buy their pints ever again at the store because I can’t stand supporting companies that rip off their customers.-5 stars…

YUMMY! My eyes glazed over from all the flavors to choose from but I settled on the Cookie Time, and it was delicious. Love me an afternoon ice cream treat.

I just love Ben & Jerry’s. I was so excited to find out that they had a B&J Scoop Shop near my house, they have so many fantastic flavor options and it seems like this location is stocked completely by «dudes» who have a great laid back attitude and want nothing more than to talk to you about peace and their favorite ice cream flavor. Don’t be afraid to ask for samples, and bring home a hand-packed pint of whichever one you love the most. Personally, my hubby and I love the coconut seven layer bar(to die for) and I love the Bonnaroo Buzz. If you’re looking for some unique flavor combinations you won’t be disappointed here(Late Night Snack has chocolate covered potato chips!). Great in a cone or a cup, hubby loves their shakes. Apparently they make good smoothies too! Really, you can’t go wrong here.

This place is expensive, and they have some unique flavors. It’s so delicious though. I love their toppings!

As the others have said, it’s expensive. A kid size(single scoop) is $ 2.99; you can get a pint on sale at Kroger for that. Staff was friendly and tried to print a nutrition fact sheet when I asked about their single NSA offering(Vanilla Fudge Chip), but there were some technical difficulties, so one of them looked it up on his iPhone. I went ahead and got a kid size of it after seeing it only had 3 grams of sugar. It was decent, but certainly far from typical Ben & Jerry’s awesomeness. The location is a little tricky to get to as well, hidden away in a maze of a shopping center with unusual elevation changes for this(mostly flat) area. They did have a good selection of flavors, as well as pre-packaged pints to take home.

Stopped by for a quick dessert. Good music playing inside… Stone Temple Pilots… Staff was friendly and very patient as we debated what to get. Milk & Cookies for the daughter, Oatmeal Cookie for the wife and Lemon Sorbet for me. All very good. A little pricey, but expected with Ben & Jerry’s.

Delicious ice cream of course. I love the wacky flavors. They are really expensive though, compared to some place like Braums where you can get basically the same thing and a heck of a lot more for wayyyy cheaper.
