I have been a patient here for many years. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and makes people feel at home. The doctors take special care in diagnosing each need and will work within your budget to get you the best value but also the best quality. At my latest appointment, Dr. Green listened to my concerns regarding contacts and gave me the best contacts and fit I have had in the last several years. The office is new and fresh with beautiful décor, a great selection of glasses for every budget, always cookies and drinks in the waiting area, and a few toys for the kiddos to play and stay busy.

The staff was very friendly, I felt like the dentist wasn’t personable and rushed me. I told them what I could afford and they made sure I had quality frames in that price range. Overall it was a really good dentist office. They have late hours too on some days so I didn’t have to miss work.

Definitely not happy with this place. An associate told my wife that there was absolutely no way she could keep her current frames and get new lenses made. Imagine my shock when I went back with my wife to a follow up visit and overheard the same associate tell another customer that they could keep their frames and have new lenses made. When my wife was taken to a different associate for her new lenses, she asked about this practice and was told it would not be a problem for them to make new lenses for her using her current frames. I have a problem with this sort of business practice. It then took 2 additional trips back to the office for her to get her frames. She says her prescription seems off in the new lenses. I believe her, but more on me in a moment. Also told her she needed to be seen twice a year due to being diabetic. My wife has one of the best diabetes docs in the area who said unless she was having problems, this would be inaccurate. Seems this place is bleeding out folks for insurance money.
On to me. I have horrible eyes. Always have. Glasses since first grade. I have very strong contacts as a result. When I went in, the associate wanted to keep my current lenses that I had just opened 2 weeks ago and put me in a trial pair of lenses. Same thing she said. Same prescription she said. I asked for my existing lenses back to take with me since it did not make sense to me to throw out a perfectly good 1 month pair of contacts 2 weeks in. I had a few pairs left at home so I told the office I’d call back to order a new supply when I had used my current ones up. Imagine my surprise when I found she had cut back the prescription in in my contacts! Would explain how I had so much trouble seeing during the trial period.
Long story short, will never go back.

The staff are all extremely polite and helpful. I wear contacts and have anxiety about other people touching my eyes, but Dr. Alfieri was great. I wasn’t bothered at all by any of the procedures performed. She was very friendly and took time to ensure that all of my questions were answered.

Went to this Dr./Eyeglass shop several years ago and just now able to post my report. The Dr and staff friendly., During the visit after telling her I’d like to have contacts she discovered I’m very sensitive to having anyone touch my eyes. She seemed very put off by me, not good… I’m the customer. The visit and selection of glasses at the time we’re very limited to high end glasses which is great if you want to spend a lot of money. I have now found an excellent therapeutic opthamologist over at Target (Dr Kosir, see my recommendation on Unilocal). Pinnacle has now moved into their own building. Even though they are the closest to my home, I will never set foot into their office. If I could have done no stars, I would.

I enjoy each and every visit that I make to this office. The staff is not only exceptional, but I see the same faces each time. This means that the turnover is not high and that says an awful lot in my opinion. Happy Staff-​Happy Customer!
The office is clean, the atmosphere pleasant and the eyewear selection is AWESOME, not to mention that they have employees there with GREAT taste. Each eyewear purchase that I have made gets RAVE reviews from my co workers, friends and family.
My POE changed insurance providers at one time and it wasn’t financially feesible for me to see Dr.Alfieri. Needless to say, I was miserable. My eyecare experiences were less than pleasing.
My company went back to the old provider and no one is as happy as I am. I am a very picky consumer but this office is highly recommended by ME!

Great frame selection, but… I’ve had 2 different times that I’ve had glasses or lenses made here and both times I end up not seeing as well as I do other places, even after multiple redo’s. It is almost like the lenses are too high tech. lLast time I had lenses made and remade here and after the 3^rd try I just gave up. My dr. (Not the doctor on site) said they didn’t make lens as prescribed, but Pinnacle said it was right, just too difficult for another doc to read-​all I know is I don’t see well with them. Finally just got a new pair of glasses from my eye doctor and they were right the first time. Hate having the wasted pair sitting in a drawer.

The office staff are very nice and accommodating. The doctor was very nice however, she missed that I had cataracts in both eyes despite informing her that my vision was cloudy. Because of ongoing cloudy vision I obtained a second opinion and they found I had cataracts in both eyes. I have since had surgery on both eyes and I no longer have cloudy vision.
I cannot recommend an eye doctor that missed cataracts in both my eyes.

I can’t begin to say enough about how wonderful Dr. Alfieri and her staff are. Last year about this time, I had a horrible eye infection that caused me to require daily dilation and medication. This included having to dilate my eye at home multiple times daily for a while. Dr Alfieri met us at her office on days off to check my condition, as well as following up with my husband on the phone. I woke up this morning feeling like it might be happening again, and it was when I was verifying her phone number that I realized when someone goes above and beyond for you, they deserve credit. Hence, this review. If you want the utmost in professionalism and caring, this is definitely the right optometrist for you.

Dr. Alfieri is great. I was one of her first patients, however when my employer switched vision plans to one that she doesn’t accept, I was unable to continue seeing her. I was willing to pay more to see her by using my Out of Network benefits, but her costs are too high for that to make much financial sense. She did at one time start accepting my vision plan, but has since dropped it. If your insurance will let you see her, she’s great. Otherwise, she’s very expensive.

Fantastic experience. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
