Dry Clean Super Center

Been a customer for 7 years and won’t go back. Over charged me in my last pickup and told me a credit would be given. Went to drop off again asked about my credit and told me I already used it. Told them I wanted all my shirts laundry not dry clean and the began to argue with me on why. I said because this is why I was overcharged the last time. Had issues before with shirts coming back with spots etc and thought maybe I did spill something but now I think they just ruined them. Poor customer service. Don’t go there. Not honest Even after being a customer for 7 years!

I should have investigated before coming here. But I figured i didn’t have much to clean. I have never ever liked being swindled, I mean who does. I brought over a piece of clothing to be cleaned. When I first walked in, the guy at the counter didn’t say hello, just «what your phone number? «and continued to get my info. I was a bit taken aback as to how he acted. I was then printed out a receipt with a price. He never mentioned price before I got the receipt. To me it was pricey but was like I’ll just pay. When I came back to get my stuff. The lady at the counter quoted me a higher price. Approx 20% higher than the price I was given. I asked why and she said I had a different kind of material. How the heck am I supposed to know that.
I was fuming. Got my stuff and came here to warn everybody. I didn’t even look at my clothing because I was trying not to go off on them.
If you google plus this business, you will see complaints about their service. It’s best to be ready for problems before going to this place.

DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE! The owner is horrible! I had them dry clean a bunch of my clothing, and everything came back ruined! My two silk shirts were covered in some kind of oil, all over the fronts. Also, I took a soft over sized sweater that came back scratchy and shrunk. I also got back two other addition items that were so badly shrunk, that they aren’t wearable. I think they just washed everything, not dry cleaning anything. I called the owner, and proceeded to tell him the situation. He said he was sure that what I was saying wasn’t true. He said I should come in and show him. His solution for making things right was for me to bring in the clothes (AND LEAVE THEM!!), and I could have some in store credit! Who would want in store credit after they ruined about 10 items of mine?

I had used their services for almost 5 years and although I never liked the overall attitude here, I never had a problem with the quality of work, it was average.
I wore my finest silk tie to my mother’s funeral. I had noticed that the next time that I took it out of the closet that it had a small food smudge on it, not any larger than the size of a pencil lead. Since it was a solid silver, shiny, silk tie it needed to be cleaned. Although I have very few designer labels in my closet, this particular tie had been a gift. It was a Hugo Boss label and because of its quality, I was concerned about who was going to «clean» it.
As I entered this shop I asked the owner if they could clean silk ties and I was told yes by a small and very smug nod. I left the tie, but now wish that I hadn’t. When I got it back home it was obvious that they had pressed it! Pressed it! A silk tie! Needless to say it was now «embossed» with images of the entire back seam and the loop very prominent on the front. The next day I returned it to them, told them that in its current condition it was a $ 100 tie that could not longer be worn. The owner responded by saying that there was little he could do and that he had ties that were «much better» than my mine. I almost laughed out loud. It was so superficial of him. I told him that this was not about who had the finest clothes but that the tie was ruined. He then asked if I wanted him to redo it and I said yes. When I picked it up the next day it was no better and the shop offered no solutions to fix the situation. I left a very unhappy customer with an expensive tie that due to the price, would have never bought my self. It was indeed permanently ruined. The tie was a gift from my son.
Don’t go to this business. You are gambling and they are rude.
