Ordered the Premium Upgrade Rose arrangement thru . They contracted Fleurs & Events to arrange and deliver the Roses to my wife for our 23rd anniversary/Valentines day. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manor, 1 – 2 pm. My wife was surprised by the flowers however, when she arrived home with them from her office in Plano, Tx, I noticed that the roses were wilting and not as pictured on the website. To pay an upgrade of an extra $ 60 for a dozen roses that were wilting, external blackening petals and some even yellowed was disappointing to me. I reached out to the original company I purchased the flowers from first. They sent off an email to the contracted company Fleurs & Events. The owner of F & E then called back to my wife’s phone even though I was the one that was obviously disappointed with the outcome. I returned the call to F&E. The owner listened to my concerns and then stated that she would send someone to pic up the arrangement and once at her shop she would evaluate for a refund. She then went on to state that she knew exactly which arrangement it was that I had due to the Red Vase that she had to purchase special to match the original website picture I had purchased them from. She said that she was upset that I would tell her that the roses were wilted and black. She was offended. I asked her why I paid an upgrade and still only received a thinned out dozen of roses with what appears to me to be spray painted pink twigs sticking out of it. She said the website that I bought them from only paid her $ 65 for the flowers that she sells for $ 95. I paid $ 120 by the way. I then suggested that she not be a contractor for if she apparently is substituting her quality for the price that they are paying since the customer is expecting a special delivery and paying premium for the service. She still expressed to me that SHE was so upset. She insisted in coming after the flowers. I explained that the flowers were now 68 miles from her shop and would be extremely out of her way to send someone after the flowers and then leave my wife with nothing after it was all said and done. She then said she didn’t care, if I wanted a refund, she was going to come get the flowers and then decide if I was to get one. I told her I was going to keep the arrangement to avoid the insanity of her driving an hour and a half to pick up the flowers and that I originally wanted another arrangement sent out to my wife next week that may not be wilting and an upgrade that I paid for, not a refund. It was never about the money but yet the quality. At this point it is now about the service I received from someone that I didn’t choose in the first place. A contractor of the original website that I purchased from. They are now getting a negative review based upon the methods in which she chose to handle a situation that arise in every day business. Their resolution was not to resolve but to call and pick up and possibly refund all the while taking back the gift that I gave without replacement. Would it really be about the money to you? That is spoiling a special moment. My wife did not complain, I was the one that was disappointed. I cannot speak for the other contracted florist that utilize but in this case, Fleurs & Events did not impress and I will not recommend for your special moments. As you can tell by my reviews, it takes a lot to get me to write one.

Favorite florist! I always knew I would have Amparo and Carol do my flowers for my wedding. I see their work often over at Bella Donna Chapel and it’s always stunning. I sent a few pictures and spoke with the ladies about my ideas for my bouquet and center pieces and everything was executed PERFECTLY. I literally had the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. I will always use Fleurs and events for my flower needs! Thanks for helping make my day perfect ladies!

Walked it to check out for future events and house needs, and received a bit of a cold welcome. Tiny shop that is cute I’ll admit. I really, really wanted to love the place. Maybe they are newly opened and just don’t have it completely together yet. Woman was working on flowers for a funeral which I briefly commented with what I hoped was grace… saying that’s always a difficult occasion. She blew it off, saying«it is what it is», which just some across a bit brash… maybe I’m being oversensitive. but as a service provider is expect a bit more grace.

I would never use them. They filled an order from Teleflora and delivered to the apartment office instead of the apartment that was filled out on the form to be delivered too and basically told me too bad. The flowers look nothing like they were supposed too. They told me if I have a problem I should call Teleflora.
