KFC

So the good: drive thru was super fast at 1 pm on a Thursday. The drive thru guy was also very nice, and I decided to try a 2 piece of the new Nashville Hot Chicken. You can get either 3 tenders, 1 breast or 2 dark pieces (a thigh and a drum stick). I opted for the last option and asked if I could do a wing instead of drumstick. Was told no problem. Meal comes with cole slaw and a biscuit for $ 5.49.
I got home to find no wing:(A bit of a bummer. The chicken itself was nice and juicy but it’s far from actually tasting like Nashville chicken (duh. It’s KFC). It’s a little spicy, but not overly so. I’d get it again, but I’d ask for extra sauce and make sure I got that wing:)
The chicken was EXTREMELY greasy, but it’s fried chicken. I’m thinking maybe the sauce made it more oily, but I don’t know. It wasn’t the best chicken, but it’s definitely something I’d return for.

Usually get good service here. Easy to get in and out of this location. This last time I had very friendly service and was in and out quickly. Food is always standard KFC. My favorite lately has been the popcorn nugget combo. I will keep coming back.

Food was very good and fresh. cashier was nice and speedy. I recommend.

For fast food, KFC has always held a special place in my heart. I’ve eaten so much KFC cole slaw in my life that it’s probably running through my veins in thick, creamy chunks.
The only things I ever order at KFC are: hot wings, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes and gravy. Nothing else. The reason why I love the hot wings so much is that not many people order it much and I love going to KFC and ordering a fresh batch! When the hot wings are fresh, they are piping hot and sooooooooooooooooo succulent.
I don’t order any other chicken BC no chicken except the hot wings taste good. Fries are too peppery. However, if you know what to order, you’ll find KFC more enjoyable than you previously thought!

The staff is nice and they have good macaroni. They also give me free cookies sometimes and that’s cool. The end.

Long wait. Full of unhappy customers. Not sure where management was but inexperienced kitchen was left in charge and backing up. Music kept skipping like from a CD. Food was great as always but all KFC’s are decent food really clean inside and still new feel to the place.

Try the chicken pot pie! My family loves it :)

Between paying $ 23 for a bucket of mixed chicken and sides and having to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare their signature item (original recipe) I am an extremely unhappy customer of both this location and KFC in general. The bucket fed 1 adult and two kids. We could have went to Babe’s for just a little bit more and enjoyed the meal a lot more.

Normally I am anti-​fast food, but I was in a pinch, needing something to take to a work potluck. Normally I like Market Street’s deli fried chicken, but I didn’t have time to make it all the way there and back, so why not grab a bucket of KFC?
First of all, upon walking in, I stood back by the door perusing the menu. The older man at the register immediately began hollering at me about it being «for here or to go!» I mean IMMEDIATELY. I have never been in a KFC before in my life, so I needed a moment. He was just rude. Maybe it was a cultural thing or they can’t get anyone better.
Here is was, lunchtime, and there was no one else in the KFC? That should have been a clue.
Anyway, I grabbed an eight piece bucket of chicken. Can you believe $ 13 and change for two each of breast, thigh, drumstick and wing? That is over $ 1.50 per piece! And, they were little, greasy pieces. Market Street offers up the same eight pieces with a more flavorful crust and much higher quality chicken for only $ 6.99. Live and learn, I guess.
Well, back at the potluck, I put my measly bucket of chicken out and it went fast. At least it tasted better than the trough of Walmart fried chicken that someone brought. At least the Walmart chicken wasn’t from dwarf chickens though.

Normal KFC, but it’s a little nicer inside because it’s so new. All the old favorites are here, and they make them pretty good. Stick with the old favorites though and you’ll leave happy!
I strongly discourage ordering the grilled chicken though. They must use an entire bottle of liquid smoke because it was so strong it stank up my car, and it tasted so bad on the actual chicken. I know it’s fast food, and the quality shouldn’t be great, but srsly, gross.
