Pizza Hut

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I’ve never had any mistakes till recently, must be new staff or something. 1^st mistake was the delivery guy forgot my cheesesticks and gave me my $ 5 back like it happens all the time when he came to the door. 2^nd time was when i placed an order and payed with my credit card and after an hour of a wait i was finally told that my pizza was on its way. An hour and a half passed and still my pizza was «on the way». Apparently the driver was new and had another order with him to deliver which was fine with me just get me my order too. After 2 hours passed i called for the 3^rd time & asked where my order was and was told the pizza man came, knocked & called me multiple times? First of all I never heard anyone knock on the door at all & no one called my phone at all? And then they weren’t going to say anything just take my order back and thats it? I had to call again for the 4^th time to get my money refunded back to me or else no other actions would of tooken place! 3^rd mistake is i Payed once more w/​credit card $ 19.00 but was charged $ 29? The delivery lady helped her self to a $ 10 tip w/​o my consent and from the reviews im not the first! She must of really needed it to do some ridiculous crap like that! Will be taking my business elsewhere, this is by far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from!

Had a large meat lovers pan delivered and it was right on time. The Pizza was great especially the crust.
No complaints at all.

Nope service it’s bad food taste bad and takes 1 hour for 1 large pizza. Burn this place down.

Make sure you fill in the tip and total line instead of just hastily signing the check on a takeout. My bill was 20.83 and I used one of those credit card gift cards with a remaining balance of 23.50. I worked in the industry in high school so I always tip with cash. Left 4 bucks in cash which I thought was fair considering the work that was done. Well the card had zero funds. So I don’t know how much extra she tried to add for a tip… But joke is on her. Wasn’t even 2 dollars left on the card. Nice try though. But watch out everyone. Crooked kids working at this place. Oh and the pizza was gross and got me sick. Inside of the toilet looked like a Jackson Pollock painting afterwards.

Worst customer service and food ever! I placed an order for wings and pasta and the delivery time was 30 minutes. After over an hour of waiting (placed the order at 6:18 and it was delivered at 7:30), the delivery driver finally shows up. Needless to say it was all cold. Not even warm anymore. And of course, one of the wing orders was wrong. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager the girl on the phone claimed to be the manager. I told her I had a complaint and gave her my ticket number and her first response was «Well? What is wrong with it!» And already her customer service was off. It wasn’t the question that bothered me but her tone and attitude. As i started to explain that the food was cold and wrong she once again gives me attitude and asks me what do I want. If she «has to send out another order?» I asked her if it was going to take another hour and 20 mins and she starts going off about only having 3 drivers and there is nothing she can do about it. The rest of the conversation wasn’t any better. Never again will I give this pizza hut my business. 40.00 for 3 orders of cold, wrong wings and pizza with a side of rudness is a little much. I can deal with the food taking longer than what I was told but to have someone just flat out be rude about THEIR mistake is too much. Save your time and order from somewhere else.

I ordered over $ 50 dollars worth of food, the delivery guy was 20 mins late pass the 30 min time they told me because I live very close to them. He pulled up to my driveway smoking a cigarette while he had my food in his vehicle, dropped my 2 liter soda, left it on the floor while he grabbed the rest of my food from his cigarette infested aroma vehicle, picked up the bag with a drink from the floor, started to walk towards my door with the cigar in his mouth, flicked the cigarette on my driveway and came to my door. First thing out of his mouth was you might want to wait a few before opening that drink, «the girl at the store almost forgot it and when she brought it to me she tripped and drop it». After I gave him $ 0 in tip he stood at my door like he deserved something. I will NEVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR YOU $ 5 «CREDIT» YOU CAN KEEP THAT.

Pizza was good, but it was a struggle to understand the employee take my order because of her accent and I had to wait for the order when they said it would be done. I won’t be back.

Was confused to see a drive-​thru option for a Pizza Hut but quickly realized it’s not actually active. I’m guessing this space used to belong to another business and Pizza Hut moved in. Still — opportunity! Hint hint.
The staff inside were nice while I waited for my food, and when they accidentally made me the wrong wing flavors first they just let me take both which made my guests quite excited. Same pizza you’d get anywhere else, but a decent location.
You can find these guys at the back of the parking lot with Olive Garden and Braums on Northbound access road before 380.

Your delivery service is always so prompt and courteous that I keep coming back, BUT, WHY are the Veggie Lover’s Pizzas skimpier on toppings than your MeatLovers pizzas??? I usually get one Veggie Lovers Large on thin crust for ME and all the meatie ones for the rest of the office and mine always looks AND tastes skimpy, I would think (for the price) you could LOAD up the Veggies for what a Meatie one costs. Also the thin crusts pizzas need more sauce as well. Just because I like LESS crust does NOT mean I want anyless of everything else! Load it UP! Thanks!

The pizza box was yummy! Rectangular pan pizza is crispy, soft, buttery crust, fresh toppings. Little pasta & bread sticks in there too.; 0)
Not too shabby. Good price.
