Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

New to the area and we are so happy to have found this yummy treasure! Tons of flavors to choose from. Clean environment and great atmosphere with very friendly and helpful employees.

We have become frequent visitors here. Very good selection of flavors (Reese’s peanut butter is my fav). They have a rewards program for money off future visits.
Staff is friendly and interior is appealing for families.

We love this place! Always clean and so friendly!!! They usually have new flavors and yummmmmm. So delicious! Get the lemon! Best ever!

Saw a very digesting thing happen with the yogurt dispensers, notified the guy at the counter & he did absolutely nothing about it. Will never be back!

So, my lovely 18 to daughter went in on her own and came out pleased with a cup full of yummies. So I went in a few min later and wanted to test a flavor or two. Rather than handing me a few tiny paper cups like done in dallas/​plano, the young man asked me what I wanted to try and told me he had to get my sample for me. I saw his fingers on the edge of the cups no gloves (yuck) and sorry, I don’t want him sampling for me and standing there while I taste test and decide if I want to try something else. I told him no thanks and left.
So I told my daughter and she said that was funny cuz he let her get her own samples. What the heck?
So we went back in and my daughter asked him for a few cups. He wouldn’t give them to us. Asked him why he let her taste test on own and he said cuz he was busy at register. I told him I didn’t understand the big deal and that wasn’t right… what, he can’t trust the old fat mother plus I don’t want his hands near the part of the cup my mouth touches.
He told me he would have to ask me to leave. Said he would call owner. Saw him on phone and I told him I would like to speak to owner and that I haven’t raised my voice and am only stating my feelings as customer and that he could have handled situation sooo much better. He never got owner on phone and refused to give his name and told me his name didn’t matter.
Ok well then my money doesn’t matter and we won’t be back. Lost customers… makes lots of sense. I am thinking he just didn’t know how to deal with a non traditional situation. I spoke to him like a mother, may not have liked being questioned and put on spot. Or perhaps this small business is concerned they will lose too much money allowing customers to sample on own? But, he should have just handed me two little sample cups. So, I used a spoon to sample myself. Orange was too sweet. Was hoping was tart.
Store is attractive and clean. Customer service from my perspective not only stank but was combative.

I absolutely love this place! The yogurt is the best I’ve had while still being some of the least expensive (I’ve been two 6 other places). Rewards add up quick too, but I also go there all the time. There are two places just a few minutes walk from my house but I still choose to drive for 10 minutes to go to Orange Leaf.
The interior is incredibly clean, well kept and fun. The vibe is really nice. The staff is helpful and extremely nice; very friendly and personable. I absolutely love going here!!!

Clean, funky interior. It was a great after dinner treat. I liked the cheesecake yogurt with REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup.
