Used to be the best pizza. Defiantly not the same quality as we are used to. Just thrown on the plate, cheese dripping off and under. Crust not formed, just a mess called pizza.

I got poor service at this SAMs club for the last time. I called to ask for a specific product (PB2) the service associate went on to say «I can put you on hold but it may be 5 min before I get back to you». I told the associate I’ll hang up since your busy. I hung up and a few min later it occurred to me I could call the Sam’s in Plano off spring creek. Completely opposite experience. The associate was cheerful and positive.

I love this Sam’s club but the lady in pizza area is always slow and rude. My boyfriend and I go for pizza every so often and she has an attitude problem to the max. Bye Felicia.

Worst wireless Supervisor Mark!!! He is such an incompetent employee, he things he knows it all about membership rules, also wireless stand is always unattended, I had to wait 40 minutes for this Mark guy to come and help. Avoid this wireless location.

I have been a member of this location for a couple of years now and it’s great. Even the one time I had to return some bad lettuce they gave me no problem. We’ve even ordered prescription glasses and were very pleased. Only downside is when I take my kiddos they can’t seem to leave without a slice of pizza! Lol You can also order their whole pizzas ahead of time and they’ll be ready to pick up when you get there.

I really love Sam’s and its convenience in Mckinney. It is a great layout and I can find all the items I need easily. Just be warned if you go on a Saturday the lines can get really long. The best deal is getting your Christmas Photo cards here. If you oder your cards before Thanksgiving thy are usually around $ 25 for 100 cards. You can’t beat that deal.

I have been dealing with a pricing issue for almost a month. I have been in contact with Sam’s Club corporate customer service as well as with two other local clubs multiple times. McKinney is my local club, but the issue was not related to them. Yesterday when I called customer service, I was informed that the issue had been resolved by the manager at the McKinney club. I was confused since I had never contacted McKinney about the issue. By accident it appears customer service contacted McKinney since it was my local club. Shortly after speaking to customer service, I got a call from the manager. We were able to resolve my issue yesterday after weeks of contacting others who were unwilling and/​or unable to assist. Again, this issue was in no way related to the McKinney location and he was still willing and able to make it right.

We love Sam’s, and this one is no exception. If you shop here enough, you know the products that get you the best bang for your buck.
Yes, the food court is cheap and good. I love the hot dog combo for $ 1.50. Hubby loves the pizza.
Sams also has awesome beef (hard to believe they are even associated with Walmart?) And they also have fabulous high thread count sheets! Yes, sheets! The muffins in the bread section are super yummy as well, and inexpensive. We stock up on bulk paper towels, dog food, shampoo, tooth brushes, body wash, wine, etc.
We have always had good customer service at this location, and can get in and out pretty quickly.
