Walmart Supercenter

In comparison with other Wallmarts this one has extremely poor customer service through the entire facility. The management staff does not appear to care about their customers when attempting to resolve concerns. I will choose another Wallmart to go to rather than return here.

The optical portion of this Walmart: NEVER have I met such horrible humans. They treat others like crap. I actually felt like I was an inconvenience to them while trying to buy glasses for myself and kid. I asked one question about a frame and got attitude, followed by an eyeroll and a sigh.
So yeah… me and my money will be going elsewhere. How is it my fault you hate your job?

My pharmacy experience was not great at all. I was waiting in the «consultation» line to get a vaccination but some lady told me to come to her pick up line, so I did. After waiting for 20 minutes, I get to the counter and am told I was in the wrong line, and should have been in the one I was originally in. It doesn’t help that the two workers I interacted with were pushy and rude. I finally was able to be helped by the pharmacy manager (who is the only reason this review got any stars.) she was clear and helpful and was very friendly while administering my shot.
However this pharmacy is FILLED with pushy, mean old ladies that have no idea what they’re doing. Definitely sticking with Walgreens now.

This is the typical Walmart. The positive part is that they usually have what I need and are never usually out of stock on much. The negatives are that they never have enough lanes open no matter what time of day it is and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Sometimes you can see some shady looking people hanging around at night.

Went last night looking for pomegranate seeds, found 8 – 10 boxes of them way out of date and slimy. YUCK! Never have been impressed with this place, but if this is the best attention they can give their fresh produce don’t think I will return.

Poor customer service. The employees are unprofessional and unappreciative of their job. I only had a few things to buy so I decided id go here since it’s closest to my house. I will never do that again. I’ll continue to drive to a farther location to get the service I expect as a customer. Serious management issues here.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy in North Texas 2 hours for a prescription is ridiculous. If only Winco had a pharmacy I’d never step foot in another Walmart.

The only thing this location has going for it is its fairly close proximity to my house. Went in there yesterday and decided to stop at the deli for some fried chicken for dinner. I opted to choose the eight pieces which was plastered above the counter on not one but two huge posters. I had to wait in line but hey I figured the benefit of not cooking was worth it. So I waited. And I waited… finally the one person who was actually doing something behind the counter finished with the person ahead of me and I stepped forward and politely ordered only to be told that I had to walk to the OTHER END OF THE STORE to pick up a PREPACKAGED container of chicken. WHAT??? I stood in line waited my turn and now you tell me that you can’t sell me some of the chicken that is right there within your reach but that I have to truck my tired behind all the way to the end of nowhere to get the same item from under the heat lamp? REALLY? I almost laughed when I asked if this nitwit behind the counter was serious. She was. Moral of the story… it makes no difference if there is a billboard advertisement for something right over the logical location for an item… never assume things can be that easy in the land of the blue box store. Do you think she just didn’t know how to count to eight??? Still confused.

Slowest freakin pharmacy known to man kind. Prescription was due to be filled sat… they ran out. Didn’t know when it would come in. (That’s helpful) Tuesday not there Friday at noon not there? Oh wait we didn’t check it in it’s here. Wait 50 min to fill my prescription that was suppose to be filled a week ago. The. Wait in line for 20 more min while 7 people are to the right and one slow ass cashier is working. Screw this place

Typical Wal-​mart. Customers can be kinda seedy. Employees are ‘so-​so.’ I never visited the pharmacy, or the sandwich shop at the front. The crowds are what annoy me the most at this place. Some of the customers are rude, and pushy. At night the people in the parking lot are kinda creepy looking. I don’t like going out alone. Besides that, their food is well stocked.

Standard Walmart with underpaid and unappreciated staff. The CSM was nice and opened a locked entry after I shopped so I could pick up a reserved RedBox DVD.

no way jose! never again. let me tell you! ok so i moved into a new place and you always like to buy things to make it your own. this is what i was going through. so i figured why not go to my favorite mega store website (while i was at work) it was a win win i get to see what they had and i am killing time a work. i was looking around and saw a bunch of things that i liked and just so happens the site said that it was not in my local walmart but in stock and could be shipped so i said why not… so i was clicking and clicking and clicking away and went to the check out and saw how much i was about to spend and decided that the order needed to loose a little weight and i would just get the majority of the items the next time around. so i only got two things i wanted. the cheap vac cleaner and the garbage can that i had a while back that opens on its own.
Just so happen after work i decided to go see what the local walmart had in the kitchen department just to browse and i was passing a isle and WHAT DO I SEE??? the same cheap vac online instore that
said my local walmart didn’t have! so at that point i like out a big sigh like you have got to be kidding me and replyed back to the confirmation page that they sent me when i place the order saying if i needed anything changed to reply back. i sent an email thru my phone while standing infornt of the cheap vac saying cancel the vac order because i was just going to get it now and be done but i wanted to keep the garbage can order. so i went ahead and bought it.
about a week rolls by and i wake up to check emails (my routine) and WHAT DO I SEE!!! a email from
saying the garbage can couldn’t be fulfilled and we have cancled the order. they didnt give me a option to ride it out or nothing they just told me what they was going to do. and on top of that they said the cheap vac order was being processed to ship. so when i got to work i called the customer service number in the email and said what are you talking about THE SAME DAY I PLACE THE ORDER I CANCELED THE CHEAP VAC. she say well we get tons and tons of emails and we probably just didn’t make it to your email in time!!! i wanted to say so bad is that my problem walmart didn’t hire enough goofs to work? but i didn’t i was more so upset that their website is wrong all the way around.
1. they said the local store was out of stock and those ppl had a whole shelf full of el cheapo vacs (and on top of that when the other vac came in from them they didn’t even put it in a bigger box they just shipped it and stuck a label on the original box) how embrassing like i wanted everybody to know i was bugeting for a cheap vac.
2. the site said that they had garbage cans in stock that could be shipped but then i get a email saying they couldn’t fulfill the order therefore cancled. WTF is that in stock means ya ready to go.
